Clinical Effect Observation Of CO₂ Fractional Laser Combined With The External Application Of Glucocorticoid Hypodermic In The Treatment Of Facial Superficial Scar

Objective:The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of facial superficial scar though CO₂ fractional laser combined with the external application of glucocorticoid hypodermic.Want to be able to seek a safe,effective and suitable for promotion way in the treatment of facial superficial scar.Method:From January 2016 to January 2017,60 patients who were diagnosed with facial superficial scar from the cosmetic surgery clinic of my hospital randomly divided into two groups according to their treatment order,namely,the experimental group and the control group,each group of 30 patients.The control group was treated though CO₂ fractional laser.The energy range of CO₂ fractional laser treatment was 40-60 mj.The experimental group was treated though CO₂ fractional laser combined with the external application of glucocorticoid hypodermic.The triamcinolone acetonide injection concentration was 10mg/ml.Each treatment interval of three months.According to Vancouver scar scale,VSS,which from the four aspects that color,blood vessels distribution,thickness and softness to score.Objective comparison of the scores were before and after treatment of scar case.Patients make subjective assessment on the therapeutic effect.Record the treatment and treatment of adverse reactions which occurred after and duration thus making curative effect evaluation and safety evaluation.Results:Prior to the treatment,the VSS score of the control group was（5.83±1.11）,the experimental group was（5.60±1.22）.The difference was not statistically significant（P<0.05）;Three months after the completed course treatment,the VSS score of the control group was（4.26±1.17）,the experimental group was（3.13±1.10）.Both of them have improved after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P <0.05）;The scores from the two groups experienced improvement compared withtheir conditions before the treatments respectively was（1.57±1.57）and（2.47±1.60）,the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）,The effect of the experimental group was better than the control group.Patients subjective effect assessment,16 cases（53.3%）was significantly effective,more effective 9 cases（30%）,effective in 3 patients（10%）,invalid in 2 cases（6.7%）,effective rate was93.3%;The experimental group was significantly effective 18 cases（60%）,significantly more effective in 7 cases（23.3%）,effective in 5 cases（16.7%）,invalid zero（0）,effective rate was 100%.There was no statistically significant difference between groups（P > 0.05）.Conclusion:Both the CO₂ fractional laser therapy and CO₂ fractional laser combined with the external application of glucocorticoid hypodermic conducted a certain effect on the treatment of facial superficial scar.And the combined application of two achieved better effect...
