Objective:To research the effect on the treatmentof superficial scar bypixellaser, and to make a statistic analysis on its related factors, explore the impact of related factors, the treatment in order to make a preliminary studyof clinical standard treatment treating superficial scar by pixel laser, and provide references for further systematic research.Methods:88 cases of superficial scar patients whose age, sex, scar area were in accorded with the normal distributionwere Fitzpatrickâ…¢,â…£-type skin. And the treatments were the same, using 2940nm Erbium laser. Spot size was 7 x 7mm, frequency was 2hz and energy was 800-1200mj/p. Designated treatment site scanned 6 to 8 times, and the spots overlapped partly (about 10%to 20%).The site should scanned 5 times in total once a month and the treatment wasat intervals of 1 month. For shallow scar lesion, low energy density treatment was used(800-1OOOmj/p), and forthick scar, high energy density treatment was adopted (1000-1200mj/p). In each returnvisit, the effect of the treatment should be evaluated by the same doctor andpatients themselves together. Taking photographs should adopt uniform shutter camera, flash, focal length and other parameters, and should also be in the same environmental light conditions. The size, texture, color, roughness of scars should be recorded in the form of Image data and written materials and compared with each other before treatment and in returnvisit after treatment. The results should be comprehensively analysed, based on doctors'and patients'assessment about the effect of the treatment.Evaluation criteria was classified as markedly effective, effective and ineffective. Statistical analysis used the statistical softwareSPSS 17.0.Classified data were compared by two or more samples rate. Then, calculated P values,P<0.05 represents statistic difference and P<0.01 shows significant difference. Make a correlation analysis about the efficacy of treatment by energy parameters and the number of treatments, and then calculate r values and p values, by energy parameters and the number of treatments, and then calculate r values and p values. P<0.05 shows the linear relationship between variables and P<0.01 shows the significant linear relationship between variables. Results:The results of treating superficial scar by Lattice lasershowed that55 cases were markedly effective,26 cases effective,7 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 92%.The results showed that sex, age, disease location, area and duration were not related to efficacy which was related to number of treatments. The more number of treatments, the better the effect.Conclusion:1. Pixel laser treatment for superficial scar has good effects, which is characterized as operational accuracy, speed, damage, rapid recovery, fewer complications, shorter downtime, etc.2. Patient's sex, age, scar stage, duration, size are notmarkedly correlated with the effect.3. Therapeutic effect increases with the number of treatments increased.
