ObjectivesTo make a Meta-analysis of comparative studies in an attempt to assess clinical out-comes after laparoscopy and laparotomy for Endometrial carcinoma.MethodsBy searching Medline,Pubmed,Elsevier,CNKI,Wan Fang Data and CBM etc,And hand searching relevant journals.Collect control study on laparoscopy and laparotomy for I~II phase of Endometrial carcinoma.Literature were screened according to inclusion and excluding criteria.Data were evaluated using RevMan 5.3for meta-analysis.The data included :operation time, blood loss, excised lymph nodes, recurrence rate, complications, postoperative and exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay etc.Results10 studies involving 1089 patients metthe inclusion criteria, include 593 cases of laparoscopic group and 314 cases of laparotomy group. The results of the meta—analyses showed that no differences in the operation time, excised lymph nodes, intraoperative complications, recurrence rate, overall survival and operative time, but blood loss and the postoperative hospital stay is lesser, more early postoperative and exhaust time, the postoperative complications is lesser in laparoscopy group.ConclusionCompared with laparotomy surgery, there is no differences in the excised lymph nodes, intraoperative complications, recurrence rate, overall survival and operative time. But blood loss and the postoperative hospital stay is lesser, more early postoperative and exhaust time, the postoperative complications is lesser,postoper-ative life quality better, the average operative time,in the laparoscopy group,is a little longer than the laparotomy group.postoperative blood loss and the postoperative hospital stay clinical grading scale is greater in the laparoscopy group.
