Objective: To summarize the feasibility and safety of Hand-assisted laparoscopy assisted Surgery(HALS)in radical resection of colorectal carcinoma by comparing the recent therapeutic effects of HALS,laparoscopy-assisted and laparotomy. Methods: A retrospective study on 65 patients with colorectal carcinoma admitted from February 2015 to March 2018 were Randomly divided into 3groups.There were 20 cases treated with HALS,23 cases treated with laparoscopy-assisted surgery and 22 cases treated with laparotomy.Statistical comparisons between three groups in basic clinical data,short-term curative effect data and the postoperative complication rate. Results: The comparison of HALS group and laparoscopic-assisted group: HALS group has the advantages of short operation time(P<0.05)which has statistically significant; In terms of surgical blood loss, time to flatus after surgery, the length of hospital stay, the length of abdominal incision and the analgesic time which has no statistically significant. The comparison of HALS group and laparotomy group : average operating time, surgical blood loss, time to flatus after surgery, length of hospital stay, length of abdominal incision and the analgesic time, which has statistically significant. The number of lymph nodes removed of three groups has no statistically significant. Conclusions: Compared with the laparoscopy assisted group and the laparotomy group in radical resection of colorectal carcinoma,HALS group has the advantages of small incision, less operation time, less bleeding in the operation, quick recovery after operation, shorter hospital stay, less postoperative pain and so on.The same as that of laparotomy to achieve radical resection of the tumor,HALS with safety and feasibility in colorectalradical aspects.
