Objective: The impact of concentration of PM2.5 on pupils'lung function was discussed in this study,by analyzing the connection between pollution condition of PM2.5 and pupils' health condition in different environment. The result was analyzed to provide the scientific evidence for related departments to controlling haze and basic data to reveal the influence resulted from PM2.5 on pupils' health.Methods: Set Qingyunpu district ,NanChang as the polluted region, and the Wuyuan county as the purity region, take the sample in school separately with Group Sampling to search the growth of pupils in these regions. On the one hand,take the Jingshan primary school in Qingyunpu districk ,NanChang as the respondent and we choose altogether 534 pupils from grade 3?4 and 5;On the other hand, take the Ziyang NO.3 primary school in Wuyuan county as the respondent and we choose altogether 613 pupils from grade3.4 and 5 .Establish a database with Epidata,and use the software named SPSS 17.0 to carry on a statistics analysis, the primary methods contains descriptive research.chi-square test?t test. According to monitor of PM2.5, student's family life and comparing the haze day's disease situation and pulmonary function index with non-haze day's, we analyses the relationship between primary school students' health indicators and PM2.5 concentration of living environment using T-test and the Chi-square test.The function index contained the FVC,FEC,PEF,FEF25,FEF75 and so on.Results: There was significant difference in PM2.5 concentration between the two regions (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. Elementary school students a year prevalence, Asthma and allergic rhinitis P values were 0.047, 0.030,respectively, which was statistically significant.The FEV1,PEF, V75, and V25 values of pupils between two areas in non haze days were statistically significant (P<0.01),Region, environment pollution, and traffic trunk road distance and whether used chemicals to the child the influence of disease was statistically significant (P <0.05),Haze pollution of the environment, children FEV1, V75,and the greater the V25,The farther the distance with the road, children FEV1, V75 is smaller.Conclusion: The PM2.5 concentration of qingyunpu district,Nanchang was significantly higher than that of Wuyuan county. PM2.5 and reflect the pupil lung function FEV1, V75 and V25 index is the negative effects of different degree; In the case of environmental pollution prevalence was 2.025 times of pollution-free (P <0.01),The farther the distance from the prevalence of children with road is lower; Air pollution affects children's lung function, the nearer the traffic trunk road, the greater the damage.
