Correlation Analysis Between T Lymphocytes Infiltrating With Topo?? And Prognosis In Breast Invasive Ductal Carcinoma

Objective: To assess and compare the prognostic role of T lymphocytes of tumor-inflitrating and Topo?? in stage I-III breast cancer.Methods: Paraffin sections were retrospectively collected from 120 cases of stage I-III breast cancer patients who received surgery between January 2008 and October 2010 in The Affiliated Hospital of BinZhou Medical UniversityImmunohistochemistry was used to detect the CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes infiltrating in breast cancer nests,and analyze its relationship with clinical pathological features and prognosis of breast cancer.Results: In tumor thrombus group CD4+ T lymphocytes positive rate was 77.78%(21/27), in the absence of tumor thrombus group was 46.24% (43/93), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); CD4+ T lymphocytes in the ?/?grade group was 46.43% (39/84) , in the class ? group was 69.45% (25/36), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ); CD8+ T lymphocytes in Ki-67 low expression group was 66.07% (37/56),in Ki-67 positive group was 87.5% (56/64),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); Topo?? of expression associated with lymph node status (P <0.01), Her-2 expression (P <0.01), Ki-67 expression (P<0.05) ; CD8+ T lymphocytes correlated with Topo?? expression (P <0.01); CD4+ T lymphocytes related 5-year overall survival (OS)(P <0.05) according to Cox univariate analysis; Topo?? expression related 5-year disease-free survival rate(DFS)(P<0.05).Conclusions: The presence of vascular thrombosis and severe pathological grading more easily lead to CD4+ T lymphocytes infiltrating carcinoma nests, CD8+ T lymphocytes infiltrating cancer nests related high expression status of Ki-67 and Topo??;Topo?? significantly related with lymph node metastasis and high expression of Her-2 and Ki-67; CD4+ T lymphocyte infiltration associated with better prognosis,whereas high expression of Topo?? associated with poor prognosis.
