Prat 1: Value of MRC Combine with Serum Tumor Markers in The Diagnosis of Infiltrating Colon CancerObjective To investigate the value of MRC combine with tumor markers in the diagnosis of infiltrating colon cancer. Materials and Methods 36 patients diagnosed as infiltrating colon cancer were collected from August 1, 2014 to February 1, 2015. 20 patients took bowel preparation before MRC. All the patients were asked to check bloody biochemical markers on the same day, and were taken colonoscopy and surgery in one week. The image quality between different sequences was compared. Also compare the results from 3.0T MRI with colonoscopy and surgical results. Analysis the value of MRC combine with tumor markers in diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of colon cancer. Results ①Images obtained by T2 WI showed more clearly than that from T1WI; Images obtained by FS and STIR showed relatively poor; 3D-VIBE enhanced sequence could display lesions with the rate of 100%. Images obtained by T2-HASTE showed better than that from T2-TSE. Images obtained by T1-OPP-IN showed better than that from T1-TSE. Images obtained by BLADE-T2-FS showed better than that from T2-STIR and T2-FS.All the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). ② Compare with conventional MRI and colonoscopy, MRC showed the highest accuracy rate of measuring lesion location, length and circumference. ③ Compare with conventional MRI, combining with 3D-VIBE enhanced sequence increased multiple rates for diagnosing fatty infiltration, including compliance rate, sensitivity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value. Also made the compliance rate and specificity of diagnosing adjacent organs infiltration. ④ CEA and CA19-9 of serum with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). Sensitivity of MRI combined with CEA and CA199 for detectiing lymph node metastases was 93.33%. Conlusion The best combination sequence was T2-HASTE, T1-OPP-IN, BLADE-T2-FS and enhenced-3D-VIBE under the condition of shortest scan time(30min). ② MRC combined with CEA and CA19-9 improved the value in diagnosing metastatic lymph nodes of infiltrating colon cancer.Prat 2: Correlation between MRC-SImax, MVD and EGFR in Diagnosing of Infiltrating Colon CancerObjective With the aim to provide a simple, noninvasive method, which could reflect the biological behavior and prognosis of tumor for clinical diagnosis. We analyzed the correlation between and MRC-SImax, MVD and EGFR. Materials and Methods 36 specimens were stained by immunohistochemistry within one week. The change of MRC-SImax was observed. Using ROC curve to analyze the correlation between MRC-SImax, MVD and EGFR. Results ①The difference of MVD and MRC-SImax between negative and strongly positive EGFR was statistically significant(p<0.05); The difference between weakpositive and strong positive EGFR also was statistically significant(p<0.05). MRC-SImax was positively correlated with MVD, and there was statistical significance(r=0.738, p<0.05). ② AUC of MRC-SImax identifying strongly positive or weakly positive of EGFR was 0.888, p <0.05. When selecting 315.1 as threshold, the sensitivity and specificity was 87%, 78.6%. Conlusion ①MRC-SImax and MVD, EGFR was highly correlated in the diagnosis of infiltrating colon cancer. MRC-SImax could provide a new idea of finding a simple, non-invasive, comprehensive, fast and repeatable technique, reflecting the microscopic structure of tumor and tumor biological behavior and prognosis, which with high clinical value.
