Clinical Observation Of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution In Treatment Of Secretory Otitis Media

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution joint hormone nasal spray and antibiotics in the treatment of non-obstructive secretory otitis media aged 12 and above.judging the role of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution in the treatment of secretory otitis media,in order to provide a safe and effective treatment of secretory otitis media in addition to Myrtol Standardized Enteric Coated Soft Capsule.Method The research project is the patients with non-obstructive secretory otitis media 120 cases(135 ears)and is aged 12 and above who are clinical diagnosis,timely follow-up and compliance in 2015.05-2016.05 in our outpatient.The patients are randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group is treated with oral budesonide,Clarithromycin Tablets and Myrtol Standardized Enteric Coated Soft Capsule nasal spray;observation group is treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution,Clarithromycin Tablets and budesonide spray;after 2 weeks of treatment.Comparing and analyzing the therapeutic effect of the two groups with the clinical standard.Results The clinical diagnosed patients divided into groups,respectively before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment,the patients complained of tympanic membrane examination,acoustic impedance and pure tone audiometry were compared.The overall efficacy was assessed using the ?2 test.The clinical effective rate of the control and the observation group is 75.0%,81.7%,acoustic immittance efficiency is 75.0%,80.0%.two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Secretory otitis media,improve the quality of life of patients.The clinical value is similar to Myrtol Standardized Enteric Coated Soft Capsule,it is worthy of clinical application.
