A Research On The Relationships Between TCM Syndromes Of Hypomenorrhea And TCM Constitutional Types

Objective To analyze the distribution regulations and characters of TCM syndromes causing hypomenorrhea and TCM Constitutional types,and to explore the correlation between them.Guided by the theory of TCM constitution,the paper is aimed for providing references for nursing staff in dialectical nursing,and distinguish the body of patients with hypomenorrhea.Methods This study adopts the way of questionnaire research,collecting patients with hypomenorrhea in TCM Hospital of Hangzhou TCM gynecology outpatient and inpatient department from July 2015 to December 2015.In accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria 127 cases were selected.The content of the questionnaire includes the basic situation,TCM syndrome type questionnaire and TCM constitutional types questionnaire.The results were analyzed by database established by Excel and SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results 1.Investigation of TCM syndrome types:In these 127 cases of hypomenorrhea patients,the TCM syndrome types are distributed in:Nephrasthenia syndrome(46.57%),Blood-deficiency syndrome(2.94%),Blood-stasis syndrome(40.69%),Phlegm-dampness syndrome(9.80%).There was no statistical significance for the hypomenorrhea of Nephrasthenia syndrome and Blood-stasis syndrome in the constituent ratio(P>0.050),but there was for the other syndrome types(P<0.001).2.Investigation of TCM constitutional types:In these 127 cases of hypomenorrhea patients,the TCM constitutional types are distributed in:Gentleness type(7.88%),Qi-deficiency type(10.84%),Yang-deficiency type(24.14%),Yin-deficiency type(17.73%),Phlegm-wetness type(4.93%),Wet-heat type(7.88%),Blood-stasis type(6.40%),Qi-depression type(19.21%),Special diathesis type(0.99%).There was no statistical significance for the hypomenorrhea of Yang-deficiency type,Qi-depression type and Yin-deficiency type in the constituent ratio(P>0.050).Also,There was no statistical significance for the hypomenorrhea of Qi-deficiency type,Wet-heat type,Gentleness type and Blood-stasis type in the constituent ratio(P>0.050),but there was for the other constitutional types(P<0.001).3.The correlation between TCM syndrome type and TCM constitutional types:(1)The types of Nephrasthenia syndrome hypomenorrhea are distributed in:There was no statistical significance for the hypomenorrhea of Yang-deficiency type,Qi-depression type and Yin-deficiency type in the constituent ratio(P>0.050),but there was for the other constitutional types(P<0.001).(2)The types of Blood-stasis syndrome hypomenorrhea are distributed in:There was no statistical significance for the hypomenorrhea of Yang-deficiency type,Yin-deficiency type and Qi-depression type in the constituent ratio(P>0.050),but there was for the other constitutional types(P<0.001).(3)Yang-deficiency type is mostly related to Nephrasthenia syndrome and Blood-stasis syndrome(P<0.050);Qi-depression type is mostly related to Nephrasthenia syndrome and Blood-stasis syndrome(P<0.050);Yin-deficiency type is mostly related to Nephrasthenia syndrome and Blood-stasis syndrome(P<0.050);Qi-deficiency type is mostly related to Blood-deficiency syndrome(P<0.050);Wet-heat type is mostly related to Phlegm-dampness syndrome(P<0.050);Blood-stasis type is mostly related to Nephrasthenia syndrome(P<0.050);There is no obvious relevance between constitutions of Gentleness type,Phlegm-wetness type and Special diathesis type with syndrome(P>0.050).Conclusion 1.In these 127 cases,the main TCM syndromes of hypomenorrhea patients are Nephrasthenia syndrome and Blood-stasis syndrome.2.In these 127 cases,the main TCM constitutional types of hypomenorrhea patients are mostly Yang-deficiency type,Qi-depression type and Yin-deficiency type,followed by Qi-deficiency type,Wet-heat type,Gentleness type and Blood-stasis type.3.There is a close relevance between TCM syndromes and constitutional types of hypomenorrhea patients.In the Nephrasthenia syndrome,Yang-deficiency type,Qi-depression type and Yin-deficiency type are the most;in the Blood-stasis syndrome,Yang-deficiency type,Yin-deficiency type and Qi-depression type are the most.Yang-deficiency type is mostly related to Nephrasthenia syndrome and Blood-stasis syndrome;Qi-depression type is mostly related to Nephrasthenia syndrome and Blood-stasis syndrome;Yin-deficiency type is mostly related to Nephrasthenia syndrome and Blood-stasis syndrome;Qi-deficiency type is mostly related to Blood-deficiency syndrome;Wet-heat type is mostly related to Phlegm-dampness syndrome;Blood-stasis type is mostly related to Nephrasthenia syndrome.
