Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Gluteus Medius Syndrome With Strong Stimulation

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of treatment of gluteal muscle syndrome by strong stimulation,and compared with oral non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,screening efficacy of gluteus medius syndrome treatment methods,in order to find the short course,little side effect,low recurrence rate,misdiagnosis rate was less.Methods:during the period from November 2016 to March 2017,according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria from the massage department in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University clinic in 60 patients(Block randomization)according to the random grouping principle,the patients were divided into 2 groups:the treatment group of 30 cases,the use of strong stimulation therapy(1 every other day for 5 times of treatment,the treatment period is 10 days),30 cases in the control group,oral non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(Celecoxib Capsules 200mg 1 after meal,1 times a day,the treatment period is 10 days).Standard treatment of various treatment methods,using the pain visual analog scale(VAS)score,JOA low back pain disease curative effect evaluation and Oswestry disability index before and after treatment,to control,establish evaluation of clinical curative effect.Results:in the treatment group,30 cases of gluteus medius syndrome patients,clinical recovery of the 28 cases,effective in all cases,the total effective rate was 100%,the number of patients who received the best clinical treatment was the lowest,the most was 5 times(1).In the control group,30 cases of gluteus medius syndrome,in which the clinical recovery was achieved in 12 cases,effective in 15 cases and invalid in 3 cases.In the treatment group,30 cases of gluteal muscle syndrome in patients after treatment(VAS)score,JOA observation of low back pain disease curative effect,Oswestry dysfunction index,compared with before treatment,there were significant differences.The treatment group and the control group were not able to adhere to treatment or serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:through anatomical principle,find the injury site of the gluteus medius accurately,be strong stimulation treatment,can quickly eliminate or alleviate the symptoms,the antispasmodic analgesic effect,the patients with clinical cure.
