OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS),and to provide a new therapeutic idea for the clinical treatment of IBS-D patients by observing the therapeutic efficacy of TEAS in the treatment of abdominal pain, stool traits and diarrhea. Methods:randomly selected 60 patients up to the standard of diagnostic criteria, into and out patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group of 30 cases of patients, the treatment group patients to professor Tian Yaozhou prescription extinguish weathered wet particles and the use of the KC-3000 points about electrical stimulation in patients with gastrointestinal instrument for body surface day pivot point and the three mile point, each treatment, about 45 minutes long interval of 1 days,28 days treatment cycle.Control group patients to extinguish weathered wet granule treatment, only fill in TCM syndrome before and after treatment patients severity rating scale disease, irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-SSS),anxiety and depression scale, recording vital signs, comprehensive comparison before and after the treatment of patients with two groups of data statistical analysis, using SPSS26.0 software were analyzed, and the count data using the number of cases(percentage)said. The measurement data is expressed as mean± standard deviation. If the measurement data conform to the normal distribution, the t test is used for significance test;if the reference data do not conform to the normal distribution, the non-parametric rank sum test is used for significance test.In addition, rank sum test or rank correlation test was used for the grade data, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)treatment group and control group in patients with IBS-D clinical symptom score after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a certain degree of decline, through TEAS after treatment, the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom integral fell to 27.90±to 47.20± 9.07 mm,the control of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom integral fell to from 30.60±6.29 to 48.63± 12.85 mm,the treatment group and control group before and after treatment for TCM clinical symptom integral after data analysis in the group P<0.05,which indicates that Chinese traditional medicine prescription extinguish weathered wet particles and TEAS are effective in the treatment of IBS-D good curative effect; The treatment group and the control group were compared between the two groups,P<0.01.The cure rate of the control group was 10%,and the total effective rate was 73.33%;the cure rate of the treatment group was 16.67%,and the total effective rate was 80%,indicating that the treatment effect of TEAS combined with Xifengshishi granules was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.(2)After treatment,intra-group comparison was conducted between the treatment group and the control group. The improvement degree of abdominal pain, number of days of abdominal pain, degree of diarrhea and fecal traits were improved. After statistical calculation and analysis,P<0.05 indicated that both the TCM group and the combined treatment group could improve the main clinical symptoms of IBS-D patients-The comparison between groups showed that the improvement degree of abdominal pain, days of abdominal pain, diarrhea degree and fecal characteristics of IBS-D patients in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(3)Through the records in the two groups of patients with IBS-SSS points after the t inspection, treatment group IBS-SSS integral fell to from 177.77± 66.03 to 274.83 ±44.17,the control group in IBS-SSS integral fell to from 194.40 ±65.82to 286.30 ±48.19,the two groups before and after treatment in patients with IBS-SSS integral has carried on the contrast group,by statistical analysis(P<0.01,the results show that the two groups have the curative effect and treatment group patients with abdominal pain and improve patients satisfaction defecate is superior to the control group.(4)After the analysis of SAS and SDS scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group, the results showed that the total SAS and SDS scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group were decreased after treatment compared with before treatment, and there were significant statistical differences between the two groups before and after treatment within the group(P<0.01).The results showed that the two groups of treatment can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with IBS-D,and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:(1)Percutaneous acupuncture point electrical stimulation is a new effective treatment for diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome, which can relieve patients’ abdominal pain, number of days of abdominal pain, diarrhea degree and stool characteristics.(2)Patients with diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome treated by percutaneous acupuncture point electrical stimulation can relieve their anxiety and depression to a certain extent.(3)The safety of percutaneous acupuncture point electrical stimulation in the treatment of diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome is relatively high.(4)The percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with the prescription of Xifengshi granules in the treatment of diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome is more effective than the simple use of Xifengshi granules.
