The Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of The Strong Myo-healthy Strength Capsule Treatment For Spleen Weakness Deserted Amyotrophy

Research Objectives:This dissertation attempts to adopt clinical curative effect research on the strong myo-healthy strength capsule treatment for spleen weakness deserted amyotrophy to testify the clinical superiority of this capsule. Most of the Western medicines which are used to cure deserted amyotrophy belong to exhilarants, thus, athletes are forbidden to take these kinds of medicines. This dissertation provides the evidence for curing spleen weakness deserted amyotrophy by observing the curative effect of the strong myo-healthy strength capsule.Research Methodology:This research evaluates the curative effects of the two groups of samples who use the strong myo-healthy strength capsule and take Vit E alone, and gets quantification according to XU's grading method. This can be done by observing the change of myo-capacity and the myo-dynamia between the deserted amyotrophy patient treatment group and the contrast control group, and comparing the absolute and relative grading of the deserted amyotrophy before and after the treatment. This dissertation studies the change of myo-capacity and myo-dynamia of two groups of patients after the treatment through the statistical analysis.Research Findings:This research selects 50 cases, among these, there are 25 samples for treatment group, and they that have completed the treatment course. The oldest is 23, and the youngest 14, the average age is 18.6. While there are 25 samples for the control group, and they have completed the treatment course, with the oldest 23 and the youngest14, the average age is 18.5. By comparison, the myo-capacity and the myo-dynamia of the strong myo-healthy strength capsule treatment group improve distinctly than that of the contrast control group. The obvious difference is P<0.05.Research conclusion:The strong myo-healthy strength capsule can obviously improve the myo-capacity and the myo-dynamia of deserted amyotrophy. There are no unified standards for the curative effect evaluating indicator of the deserted amyotrophy. It needs further study to seek the curative methods with feasibility, scientificity, practicality, sensitivity and that conform to the Chinese traditional herbal medicine theory and the clinical curative tenet.
