The Study On The Application Of Using Modified Glycerine Enema To Patients With Constipation After Lumbar Surgery

ObjectiveTo explore the use of modified Glycerine Enema in patients with constipation after lumbar surgery to promote the effect of exhaust and defecation.MethodsCollected from January 2015 to January 2016 in jinzhou medical university first affiliated hospital ward admitted to hospital for lumbar spine bone surgery,postoperative combined constipation patient 82 cases,according to the admission line of lumbar spine surgery order was a randomized,single number as the control group,double for the observation group.Anus control patients using traditional dew opening filling method of treatment,the observation group of patients using the improved dew anus opening filling method(open plug by 50 ml syringe pump,injector nipple end even the sputum suction tube,anus).Compare two groups of patients for the first time the exhaust time,defecation time,for the first time they rate and abdominal distention,anal bleeding,difference between liquid spill situation.Results 1.The first exhaust time: the first exhaust time of the observation group was(23.96±2.06)min,and the control group(34.28±4.28)min,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The first defecation time: the first defecation time of the observation group was(26.83±2.14)min,the control group(56.29±4.18)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Defecate rate: after treatment,the observation group of defecate rate 80.49 %,Defecate 73.17%,and the control group 29.26%,Defecate 41.46%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.After the analysis of the symptoms of postoperative intervention: after treatment,the observation group of 1 person,anal bleeding 0 person,and control group of 3,anal bleeding 1,the difference between the two groups after intervention was statistically significant(P< 0.05).5.Drug solution overflow: after treatment,drug solution overflow 2 of the observation group,and drug overflow 5 of the control group,the difference between the two groups after intervention was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusions 1.The modified glycerine enema can accelerate the exhaust of patients with constipation after lumbar surgery;2.The modified glycerine enema can accelerate the defecation of patients with constipation after lumbar surgery;3.The effect of modified glycerine enema decoction on defecate rate and stool natural rate of interest in patients with constipation after lumbar surgery was better than that in control group;4.The effect of modified glycerine enema in the treatment of constipation after lumbar surgery is better than traditional glycerine enema treatment,it is worthy of clinical application.
