Objective: To investigate the risk factors of cerebral infarction after intracranial aneurysm clippingMethods: The clinical data of 143 patients with intracranial aneurysms were analyzed retrospectively from January 2012 to June 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. The age of 143 patients was History of diabetes mellitus, history of hypertension,WFNS grade at admission,Hunt-Hess classification, improved Fisher classification, timing of operation, cerebral vasospasm, intraoperative temporary occlusion of the tumor artery, intraoperative aneurysm rupture,Tumor size, location and other indicators of 14 factors for single factor analysis, the theoretical frequency of less than 5 using Fisher exact probability method, screening out the significant single factor, and then multivariate logistic regression model analysis, obtained intracranial aneurysm The risk factors of cerebral infarction after craniotomy were discussed and analyzed.P <0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. Results: Univariate statistical analysis of the risk factors of cerebral infarction after intracranial neoplasia including the HH grade score, cerebralvasospasm, intraoperative rupture;the significant factor of univariate analysis was logistic regression model Multivariate analysis showed that cerebral vasospasm and intraoperative rupture were risk factors for cerebral infarction after intracranial aneurysm clipping. Conclusion: Cerebral vasospasm and intraoperative rupture are independent risk factors of cerebral infarction after intracranial aneurysm clipping. Both of them may increase the risk of cerebral infarction after intracranial aneurysm clipping.
