The Retrospective Analysis Of The Causes Of Deaths In 48 Hours With Non-Cardiothoracic Surgery Patients In The Past Two Years

Objective: 1.We collect our non-cardiothoracic surgery patients in the past two years within 48 hours after the case of death, to analyze its epidemiological characteristics ?2.Analyze the non-cardiothoracic surgery patients postoperative hospital death risk factors for 48 hours.Methods: We have collected 57 non-cardiothoracic surgery patients of death within 48 hours,who were from the first affiliated hospital of Guang Xi Medical Mniversity during the April 2013 to April 2015 ,recorded the patient's name, sex,age, department,disease system, emergency treatment or elective, preoperative presence of trauma, the presence of hypertension, coronary heart disease,diabetes or not, any combination of respiratory system diseases and grade of liver function, renal function grading, neurological scoring, ASA grade,operation classification, operation time, the cause of death and survival days after operation, were retrospectively analyzed.Results:1.The total mortality in 48 hours was 0.08 percent, the death rate of selective operation was 0.02 percent ,and the emergency operation was 0.66 percent;2.There are 48 male and 9 female,The ratio of male to female is 5.33:1,the distribution of the main age is 40-69 years and 0-9 years old,80.36percent of the total;3. The highest 48 hours mortality is Neurosurgery department,followed by Vascular surgery, pediatric surgicalandGastrointestinal Surgery;4.The most common cause of death in turn in 48 hours is Brain function failure(42.11 %),hemorrhagic shock(22.81 %),cardiac failure(21.05%),MODS(8.77%), and septic shock(5.26%).Conclusion:1.The four top of Mortality in 48 hours is Neurosurgery, Vascular surgery, pediatric surgicalandGastrointestinal Surgery;2; The most common cause of death in turn in 48 hours is Brain function failure,hemorrhagic shock,cardiac failure, MODS and septic shock.
