Objective 1.Through developing the course of Innovation and Improve Care Implements,designing objective,writing teaching outline,notes,schedule,courseware,examination forms.2.To study the changes of nursing students' innovative quality before and after learning this course.Methods 1.Studied of literature Readed and analyzd the literatured and reviewed of innovation education,nursing education innovation and care implements innovation at home and abroad,published reviews.2.Setted up innovative courses Referred to the innovative course of colleges and universities,blended in care typical case from patent net and designed objective,wrote teaching outline,notes,schedule,courseware,examination forms,applied for the elective course.3.Researched practice in the innovation course This research adopted randomized controlled trial design.The research object was three-year senior higher vocational nursing students of Guangxi Medical University.Used random sampling,took innovative course of 96 students asexperimental groups,don't take for a control groups,two groups carried out the original teaching plan,the experimental group increased the course of Innovation and Improve Care Implements.Compared the difference of innovative quality between the two groups and experimental group before and after class.P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.4.Evaluate Experts to evaluated the course,while students' creative quality by using the questionnaire of undergraduates creative quality,the experimental group students' learning effectiveness by using the course evaluation questionnaire.At last through summarizing the creative work to evaluate of the learning effects.Results 1.Completed the course of Innovation and Improve Care Implements and the notes more than 40000 words,The expert evaluation was good,at the same times experts putted forward some opinions,team discussed and modified of feedback.2.It was successful to apply for a three-year senior higher vocational school nursing profession elective course,24 class hours,completed the 2,282(34.3%)students teaching practice.3.The result of questionnaire of undergraduates creative quality:(1)Innovative consciousness improved: prior to the teaching,the respective scores of experimental group students' creative awareness,creative emotion,creative preparation,creative consciousness was 3.666±0.329;3.492±0.388;3.341±0.446;3.510±0.260.After the teaching,the datas was 4.217±0.391;4.213±0.496;3.779±0.551;4.120±0.358.All indexes before and after teaching had statistical significance by paired T-test(P<0.01).The post-test of creative consciousness were higher than the pre-test,and the first three indicators are up to a good level.(2)Innovation practice ability improved: prior to the teaching,The respective scores of experimental group students' creative thinking ability,creative learningability,creative practice ability,creative ability was 3.239±0.388;3.019±0.387;3.190±0.477;3.140±0.317.After the teaching,the datas was 3.438±0.626;3.280±0.688;3.363±0.645;3.371±0.598.All indexes before and after teaching had statistical significance by paired T-test(P<0.05).The post-test of creative ability were higher than the pre-test.How to further improve the ability of innovation practice is the difficulty of this course,so it is worth further study.(3)Innovative personality change:prior to the teaching,the respective scores of experimental group students' unique,realistic,independent,eager,creativity personality was 3.40±0.548;3.508±0.463;3.408±0.490;3.170±0.696;3.422±0.331.After the teaching,The datas was 3.694±0.660;3.870±0.645;3.712±0.613;3.587±0.771;3.730±0.512.All indexes before and after teaching had statistical significance by paired T-test(P<0.01).The post-test of creativity personality was higher than the pre-test.But failed to meet a good level,It explains that personality can't be an overnight change,need more perfect mechanism of innovative education to develop.4.Student' evaluation of teaching The respective scores of course valuing,content learning,personal learning,behavioral learning,the total scale was28.38±3.25,26.81±3.25,27.33±2.94,26.25±3.44,108.57±11.77,The evaluation results was in upper level.5.Learning effects Divided experimental group students into 35 groups,completed creative design of care implements 40,all reached the qualified level.Conclusion 1.Complete preliminary of the course design of Innovation and Improve Care Implements and experts praise.2.It is successful to apply elective course of Innovation and Improve Care Implements for three-year senior higher vocational school nursing students,including 24 class hours,complete 2,282(34.3%)students' teachingpractice.All students can complete preliminary creative design of care implement.The evaluation results are in upper level.3.By using the questionnaire of college students' innovative quality to compare two groups and the experimental group before and after the experiment,All P<0.05 or<0.01,suggesting that the research and development of the course of Innovation and Improve Care Implements,can promote the innovation quality of higher vocational nursing students.
