Objective:To explore the clinical rule of Zhuling Decoction in order to provide guidance for medical practitioners in clinical practice.Methods: Searching medical records for data according to certain including criteria and excluding criteria.Input the information into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inherritance Support System(V2.5).By applying its build-in algorism the information be analyzed.Using the results,the pathogenesis,function and application principles of Zhuling Decoction are explored.Results: The core symptoms include dysuria,perturbed,edema,thirsty,weak,insomnia,abdominal distention,odynuria and frequent micturition.The most common tongue condition are red tongue and yellow furred.The most common pulse condition is thready pulse.The average dosage of the five herbs is 10-20 g.Tonic herbs,heat clearing herbs,hemostatic herbs and water disinhibiting drugs are the most often added herbs.The pathogenesis Zhuling Decoction used for is deficiency-heat stagnation in lower-jiao causiong the failure of Qihua.It often affects the Qihua of tri-jiao,leading to many diseases of which kidney diseases and blood –water function are more common related.Ejiao is a key medicine for dredging.
