A Systematic Review Of The Efficacy Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:By using the method of evidence-based medicine evaluation ofChinese and western medicine combined with western medicine treatment thecurative effect of diabetic nephropathy。Methods:In CNKI， wanfang database， Traditional Chinese medicinedatabase and PubMed database， incorporated in the diabetic nephropathypatients as the research object。Comparison of Chinese and western medicinecombined therapy with western medicine treatment of randomized controlledtrials, evaluation into the quality of the research, using Rev-Man4.2.8Metaanalysis software。Results:Participants included71randomized controlled trial,5449patients,15test indicators，Meta analysis showed，15indicators：fasting blood-glucose、2h blood glucose after meal glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol,triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoproteincholesterol，fibrinogen， β2microglobulin，blood urea nitrogen， urinaryalbumin excretion rate (UAER) and24h urinary albumin excretion (UAE) and24h urinary protein quantitative，endogenous creatinine clearance rate andserum creatinine。Analysis results shows that combine traditional Chinese andwestern medicine and curative effect is better than pure western medicinetreatment of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment ofdiabetic nephropathy with less adverse reactions occur, and mild, using relativesafety.Conclusions:The available evidence suggests that combine traditionalChinese and western medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy is pure westernmedicine treatment effect is good。Due to the limited incorporated in theresearch of quality, combined with the evaluation of major is the laboratoryindicators related with diabetic nephropathy, not a destination。The efficacy andsafety of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for diabeticnephropathy need more high-quality randomized, double-blind controlled trialsconfirmed further.
