Objective: Through to the modern Chinese literature retrieval and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in headache evidence and clinical drug laws,provide ideas and methods for clinical treatment in headache during Menstruation.Methods:Retrieval time between January 1992 and October 2016 China hownet(CNKI)in the Chinese journal full-text database and wanfang database line the headache into standard of TCM clinical research literature.Entering “SPSS21.0” system software for research.Separately analyzes the characters of the law of the treatment of the headache during menstruation from the card type analysis,drug analysis and cluster analysis.This study analyzes and discusses holistically the disease's order of symptom type?prescriptions and herbs.Results: 1.This research shows that the line type headache often witness and blood stasis type 865 cases(27.16%),liver anaemia empty type 511 cases(16.04%),liver depression and qi stagnation type 329 cases(10.33%),liver and kidney Yin deficiency type 258 cases(8.1%).2.There were 350 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis in blood stasis and the highest frequency.3.The drug type analysis showed that the Tonic and the active blood stasis were the important drugs that formed the headache prescription,and the frequency was 50.86%.4.Drugs frequency display tonify deficiency of danggui,baishao frequency of 65 times,54 times respectively;Drugs for activating blood circulation of chuanxiong,honghua frequency of 77 times,27 times respectively;Nourish the drug in chaihu,juhua frequency 36 times,28 times respectively;Flat extinguish wind liver medicine gouteng,tianma in frequency of 36 times,21 times respectively.5.High frequency the three drugs frequency of chuanxiong and danggui.baishao.6.High frequency drug for liver to pass through the most frequency,spleen by The Times.7.Cluster analysis showed that form the eight clustering,as a whole to study the treatment and the disease of drug compatibility of the law.Conclusion:According to the results of clinical literature,the blood stasis and the deficiency of liver and blood loss are the clinical common witnesses,the qi stagnation and blood stasis is also seen in the blood stasis,the deficiency of liver in deficiency syndrome is common to see.Accordingly,The liver depression and qi stagnation lead to blood stasis and liver anaemia empty are the main pathogenesis of the disease.By clustering and analysis of high frequency drugs for headache,the clinical common method is to remove stasis,relieve the depressed liver and nourish the liver,it is significance for the treatment of syndromes in the future.
