Clinical Study Of The Prognosis Of Subsequent Cerebral Infarction Of TIA For Different Constitutions

Objective:To explore the distribution regulation of the constitution of patients with TIA and analyze the influence of TIA for different constitutions on the clinical prognosis of subsequent cerebral infarction,providing theoretical basis for prevention of cerebral infarction based on the constitutional theory.Methods:By epidemiological method,investigate the patients with TIA in the Neurology outpatient and ward in ShanDong Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine.The ABCD2 score was calculated by ABCD2 score of ?4 points,and then fill in the questionnaire with TIA patients.Included in the standard of 126 patients with TIA occurred within 1 week after cerebral infarction patients,according to the institute of the Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision table(ZYYXH/T157-2009),was carried out on the patients with physical determination,summarize the distribution regulation of the constitution of patients with TIA.And compare the different constitution of patients with 7 days of NIHSS score,the Barthel index score and TCM syndrome integral,observe the influence of TIA for different constitutions on the clinical prognosis of subsequent cerebral infarction.Results:1.For the distribution probability of the constitution of patients with TIA,phlegm-dampness constitution(28.57%)came the first,then followed by the qi deficiency constitution(23.02%),gentleness constitution(16.67%),yin deficiency constitution(11.90%),static-blood constitution(6.35%),dampness-heat constitution(5.56%),yang deficiency constitution(4.76%),qi depression constitution(2.38%)and allergic constitution(0.79%);2.Compared the NIHSS score,the TCM syndrome score,the Barthel index score at 7th days after TIA for different constitutions of subsequent cerebral infarction patients,is there a difference compared between each group,difference has statistical significance(P<0.01),the NIHSS score and the TCM syndrome score with Phlegm-dampness constitution is the highest,gentleness constitution is the lowest;the Barthel index with gentleness constitution is the highest,Phlegm-dampness is the lowest.Conclusion:1.Phlegm-dampness constitution and qi deficiency constitution is the common constitution types of patients with TIA;2.The influence of TIA for different constitutions on the prognosis of subsequent cerebral infarction was significant and the progress and evolution of disease was subject to the constitution type;3.The neurological deficit with gentleness constitution is the highest,Phlegm-dampness is the lowest,for which the TIA for different constitutions of subsequent cerebral infarction.
