Director Yangyi's Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Experience And Clinical Curative Effect Observation During The Period Of Postoperative Chemotherapy Of Breast Cancer Surgery

Objects: This study aimed to summarize Director Yangyi's chemotherapy prescription's drug using laws,during Chinese medicine treatment of postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer chemotherapy drug laws.By the method of controlled clinical trials research,observing during postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer patients with bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction and the common clinical symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to evaluate the effort of Director Yangyi's chemotherapy prescription to patients with effective prevention and control of the adverse event and guiding significance to improve the quality of survival.Methods: The patients from affiliated hospital of Shandong university of TCM suffering breast cancer postoperative mammary gland TE or TEC solutions to line the first cycle of chemotherapy in June 2014 to November 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group,according to the selection criteria.Treatment group were given chemotherapy and chemotherapy drugs of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,while the control group were treated with the chemotherapy drug alone,during the period of 1,2 cycles of chemotherapy.During the period of 3,4 cycles,the two groups were given chemotherapy and chemotherapy drugs of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.1.After two cycles of chemotherapy,comparing the two group of bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction and common clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the general situation of score changes.2.Compared with themselves in the control group: contrast 3,4 cycles of chemotherapy with the first two cycles of chemotherapy of bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal tract,and common clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the general situation of score changes.All the data was analyzed by the software of SPSS17.0.Results:1.In terms of the adverse reaction of chemotherapy,with the reduction of white blood cells,neutrophils,hemoglobin,thrombocytopenia.nausea and vomiting,test group patients were superior to control group(p<0.01).Enrichment of traditional Chinese medicine on the improvement of their clinical symptoms,the condition of general score are better than that in the control group.2.Compared with themselves in the control group,they were better in the last cycles than the first two in terms of adverse reaction of chemotherapy and systemic symptom improvement after taking Chinese medicine treatment.Conclusion: The chemotherapy prescription for breast cancer patients can obviously correct bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy treatment,improve patients with systemic symptom,gastrointestinal reaction and reduce the adverse reaction,which plays an important role to improve effect and decrease toxicity.Therefore,Director Yangyi's chemotherapy prescription after breast cancer surgery proves a certain clinical application value in effective prevention and control of chemotherapy side effects and improve the quality of survival in patients.
