Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CCP China has adopted a further reform policy towards health care system to arouse the enthusiasm of all the stuff, thus forming a composition of forces in work to meet our targets. So to develop Small and medium-sized hospitals, it is urgent to explore a completely new payment system of the doctors and nurses in such hospitals.The salary management is the core content of modern medical institutions of human resource management. Perfect salary management can fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees,cause resultant force and established goals. So to explore a suitable for small and medium-sized hospital personnel salary system has become the current urgent task.Set in the original payment in Lutianhua Hostipal and based on the theory of the salary,this research uses the methods of document analysis together with questionnaire survey, and we collect related information by collecting statistics as well. By handing out questionnaires of expected salary and combining it with Market - oriented payment.On the basis of the above information analysis, we summed up LTH Hostipal salary problems, and analyze the causes of problems. We finally put forward some related suggestions to further improve performance-related pay centered valuation and market-oriented pay for the special jobs, we evaluate the weights coefficients for the different positions,the title of a technical post and different departments. Meanwhile we carefully describe the means and problems as well as the privacy involved when issuing the salary. Not only is the report of great value to improve our hospital let alone to develop it,but also it provides other similar hospitals with certain reference.
