Design And Implementation Of Outpatient Management Information For Small And Medium Sized Hospitals

With the implementation of the grading medical treatment reform,the business volume of small and medium-sized hospitals has increased significantly,bringing opportunities and challenges to the hospital.As the first key link in hospital reception,the hospital outpatient clinic is the first portal to understand the hospital.The quality of the patient's outpatient service management is directly related to the hospital's first impression in people's minds.In order to better serve patients,improve the medical environment,improve patients'trust in primary health care,enhance the internal strength and competitiveness of hospitals,optimize medical treatment procedures,change management models,and conduct standardized management,it is a necessary step for small and medium-sized hospital clinics.Therefore,an outpatient management information system suitable for the needs of small and medium-sized hospitals is developed to serve outpatients and patients,and the workload of relevant personnel can be reduced to provide more services for patients.The outpatient management information system includes modules for doctor scheduling,outpatient registration,outpatient fees,doctor workstations,outpatient pharmacies,self-service,statistical inquiry,system settings,and a complete outpatient management information system has been established.The author independently designed and implemented the system,and the author's specific works are summarized as follows:(1)In the demand analysis stage,the author interviewed the staff of various departments,observed the experience at the work site,understood the system application scenarios,and communicated with the managers to determine the needs of the project.(2)According to the conclusion of requirement analysis,the technical framework suitable for this project is determined,the overall functional modules are divided,the business processes of the system are set up,and the structure of the database is designed.Finally,the outline design of the system is completed.(3)Based on the summary design,each module is given detailed design and integrated with Spring,SpringMVC and MyBatis framework for development and implementation.(4)After the development is completed,functional and performance tests were conducted and conclusions were drawn.The system covers the functions required for the management of outpatient services in small and medium-sized hospitals,and meets the needs of hospitals to improve office efficiency,standardize standardized management,and improve service quality.After optimizing the medical treatment process,it will be very beneficial to the future development of the hospital.
