Clinical Study On Treatment Of Nephrotic Syndrome In Children With TCM Syndrome Differentiation

Objective: Children with recurrent syndrome of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of nephrotic syndrome,based on the amount of hormone on the same clinical observation on urine protein negative prescription,regularity of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment effect.Methods: Children with syndrome collected hospital affiliated to the Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine outpatient department of pediatrics clinic and inpatient treatment of Relapse Nephrotic Syndrome,based on the amount of hormone on the same application of TCM treatment of urinary protein negative patients as the research object.To improve the clinical observation of 36 cases of children with kidney disease,the 118 visits,a common cause of relapse.The distribution of TCM syndromes,prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,frequency and classification,analysis of prescription regularity of TCM treatment effect.Using statistical software SPSS17.0 and TCM inheritance system of children with medical records of statistical data analysis,all statistical tests were used P<0.05 was found to be statistically significant on both sides of the test.Results:1.To 82% factors repeated nephropathy caused by infection of upper respiratory tract infection,which accounted for 32%,accounting for 17% of lower respiratory tract infection,urinary tract infection accounted for 10%,accounting for 11% of gastrointestinal infections,insect bite dermatitis accounted for 12%,fatigue and other factors also accounted for 8%,10%.2.Maintain Syndrome Types hormone accumulation of damp heat with blood stasis 45%,Feng Shui Bo 21% blood stasis,Qi deficiency blood stasis wet stop 18%,stop 16% Yang wet with blood stasis;improve Qi deficiency blood stasis wet stop 36% hormone group,damp heat stagnation with blood stasis 34%,blood stasis 21% Feng Shui Bo,Yang Deficiency blood stasis wet stop 9%.3.children with recurrent nephrotic syndrome,were given TCM treatment and symptomatic treatment,statistics of urinary protein negative rate,maintain the hormone group accounted for 32%,increased hormone group accounted for 68%.4.Commonly used drugs for the treatment of TCM,Qushi drugs accounted for 50%,Qi medicine 20%,blood stasis 14%,Wenyang medicine 2%,14%,two groups of drugs commonly used in statistical classification and tropism had no significant difference between the two groups.5.Induction period,nephrotic children without repeated,maintenance hormone group children repeatedly to maintain remission mostly,accounting for 68%,improve hormone group children repeated to tailing period mostly,accounting for 75%.Conclusion: 1.Infection is the most important factor in children with recurrent nephropathy;2.SHIXIE nephrotic syndrome repeatedly important pathological factors,Qushi therapy is an important treatment method,combined with the eight principal syndromes of Fuzheng Quxie is appropriate;3.Maintain the hormone group repeated to maintain nephropathy remission for damp heat with blood stasis,repeated multiple hormone tailing stage hormone increased kidney qi deficiency,multi stop wet with blood stasis syndrome,hormone adjustment programs or not and different stage of TCM syndrome type and hormone application.
