Clinical Observation On Comprehensive Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Type Ulcerative Colitis With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness type ulcerative colitis.Methods: 60 patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The experimental group were treated with Shenlingbaizhu power addition and subtraction oral,traditional Chinese medicine ulceration enema and mild moxibustion.The control group was treated with Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets.After 30 days,the combined treatment,the Symptoms of simple effect,the main symptoms of comprehensive efficacy analysis,the comparison treatment and the intestines mirror curative effect of the two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the combined treatment,the treatment of Symptoms of simple effect,the intestines mirror curative effect,the main symptoms of comprehensive efficacy analysis and comparison.Two groups have not occurred bad effect in the treatment period.Conclusion: Shenlingbaizhu power addition and subtraction oral,traditional Chinese medicine ulceration enema and mild moxibustion treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness-type ulcerative colitis clinical effect is Significant,safe and reliable,it is worth promoting.
