Objective:This experiment researches of drug loaded tubal IUD and “Hua yu zhi tong”decoction treatment effect on rat model of qi stagnation and blood stasis endometriosis.Methods:The rats were modeled by countercurrent method and multi-factor combined stimulation method.Six rats were randomly selected to determine the modeling situation.The remaining rats were randomly divided into experimental group,positive control group 1,positive control group 2 and negative control group.Before modeling,after modeling and after treatment,this study respectively tested rats serum cancer antigen 125(CA125),high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),osteopontin(OPN)and tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?)level and observe changes of macroscopic characterization and morphological.Results:The macroscopic characteristics,histomorphology,hemorheology and coagulation of the rats showed that the modeling was successful.After treatment,experimental group?positive control group 1 and positive control group 2 can significantly reduce the serum CA125?HMGB1?VEGF?OPN?TNF-? levels in rats.In the CA125,VEGF,HMGB1 results,the experimental group and the positive control group 1,2 were different.Conclusion:Drug loaded tubal IUD and “Hua yu zhi tong”decoction can effectively reduce the levels of serum CA125,TNF-?,VEGF,OPN and HMGB1 in rats and play an important role in the treatment of endometriosis by inhibiting angiogenesis,immune regulation and inflammation. |
