Pharmaceutical Study Of Xiaochuan Emplastrum

Objective: Study on the preparation technology of superfine powder,prescription composition and molding processand,quality control,stability and so on of xiaochuan emplastrum,to develop it into the gel paste which can improve the transdermal delivery of drugs to improve performance,sticking plaster gel drug bioavailability and clinical efficacy.Method: The preparation technology of superfine powder is studied through the single factor experiment.By orthogonal test,with appearance formability,spreadability,adhesion as the evaluation index,to optimize matrix ratio of the xiaochuan emplastrum.Study on the amount of superfine powder and curing conditions.Take the accumulating osmotic quantity per unit area of sinapine thiocyanate as index to select the penetration enhancers' type and dosage.The common powder emplastrum and superfine powder emplastrums' water soluble extract and cumulative permeation amount per unit area of sinapine thiocyanate are compared to verify the superiority superfine powder emplastrum.Sinapis semen,corydalis rhizoma,asari radix et rhizoma and piperis longi fructus of the xiaochuan emplastrum are qualitatively identified by TLC.The content of sinapine thiocyanate is determined by HPLC.To establish quality standards of xiaochuan emplastrum.The preliminary stability is tested.Results: The preparation technology of superfine powder and prescription composition and molding processand of the xiaochuan emplastrum were established.The preparation of Xiaochuan emplastrum was appearance smooth,smooth,soft,and it has good adhesion,shape and heat resistance but non irritating.The method of qualitatively identified by TLC for Sinapis semen,corydalis rhizoma,asari radix et rhizoma and piperis longi fructus was established.The Sinapine thiocyanate content of this product is tentatively not less than 2.5mg/paste.Conclusion: The preparation technology of the xiaochuan emplastrum is stable,quality control method is simple,specific,good reproducibility.
