The ultra micro-powder technology can make herbal medicinal of traditional Chinese medicine cell wall-breaking,improve the dissolution rate of effective component,and improve the bioavailability.MaXingShiGan preparation have potentially broad application for treat upper respiratory tract infection disease.MaXingShiGan preparation common dosage forms are decoction and powder,has the shortcomings such as waste of resources,it is difficult to use.This study attempts to control bitter almonds pretreatment,time,drying time,feed ratio three factors research MaXingShiGan superfine powder preparation process,establish the quality standards of MaXingShiGan superfine powder,and on this basis for the stability of MaXingShigGan superfine powder,compared with the dose of cough and medication safety carry on research,aimed at MaXingShiGan superfine powder data reference and theoretical foundation for industrialized production and usage.The results of the study are listed as follows:1.MaXingShiGan superfine powder preparation process is:Semen armeniacae amarae extract the oil before used,grinding time is 22 min,ephedra-liquorice coarse powder mixture of drying time is 20 min,incoming material ratio is 0.6.2.MaXingShiGan superfine powder of TLC identification results show:Ephedra extraction method is simple,the use of extraction reagent all safe and non-toxic,the spot is clear.Licorice can be extracted and identify with semen armeniacae amarae together,simplifies the identification process,save reagent,and laetrile and liquiritin's color clear,separating degree and the Rf value are good.3.To establish a HPLC method for ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride of MaXingShiGan superfine powder effective components,extraction method is simple,with no need for special chromatographic column,the study for methodological results are good.4.The study stability of MaXingShiGan superfine powder,found in influencing factors of experiment,highlight and high temperature condition has little effect on5.MaXingShiGan superfine powder,high humidity caused great influence on the quality of MaXingShiGan superfine powder.In the accelerated test,it shows that stability of MaXingShiGan superfine powder is good,but still need to avoid high humidity environment.5.To compare efficacy of MaXingShiGan powder with superfine powder,comparative study,the results show that after superfine grinding,achieve the same effect as the ordinary powder,can be reduced by 25%-50%of the dosage.6.Study of acute toxicity and long-term toxicity of the MaXingShiGan superfine powder,showed of MaXingShiGan power after superfine grinding actual no acute toxicity,long-term use of liver and kidney not seen adverse symptoms,index of hepatic and renal function is normal.
