Study On Traditional Chinese Medicine Identification Of Xinjiang Apocynum Venetum And Poacynum Pictum

Objective: To carry out on the quality evaluation study under different growth conditions of Apocynum and Poacynum pictum samples in Xinjiang area,and provide reference for resources and quality evaluation and identification of Xinjiang Apocynum venetum.Methods: Based on the traditional Chinese medicine identification technique,Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum samples were studied and compared from the aspects of appearance traits,structure,powder characteristics and microscopic constants.The identification,inspection and content determination of Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum samples were carried out in the light of the relevant provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia for2015 edition.The quality of Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum was evaluated by high performance liquid chromatography fingerprint and QAMS method.The antioxidant activity of alcohol extract in Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum was determined by DPPH radical scavenging method.Results:(1)There were differences in traits,microscopic and microscopic constants of Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum,and could be distinguished by traditional identification methods.In particular,the epidermal cells of leaves have or not mastoid as its specific characteristics to distinguish between the two.(2)The contents of water,ash and leaching content of Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum were determined by pharmacopoeia method and the results showed that both of them were in accordance with Pharmacopoeia;The results showed that the extract of Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum could contain quercetin and kaempferol after acid hydrolysis,but the composition and content of the Poacynum pictum leaves are slightly different from those of the control medicinal materials and Apocynum venetum;The content of Hypericin in Apocynum venetum leaves is more than 0.3% and the content in Poacynum pictum is lower than the pharmacopoeia regulations,can be identified by the content of Hypericin identification of both.(3)Thro ? gh the establishment of different Apocynum venetum samples of fingerprints to identify Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum samples,combined with flavonoids active ingredients of a test multi-rating determination,comprehensive and accurate distinction between the two.(4)The antioxidant activity of alcohol extract in Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum was determined by DPPH radical scavenging method.The results showed that both had antioxidant activity,but had less antioxidant activity than vitamin C.Conclusion: Apocynum venetum samples of the test indicators are in line with the provisions of the Pharmacopoeia,the appearance of the characteristics and internal components are basically similar,only slightly different content,to establish a reliable QAMS method to achieve a number of flavonoid indicators at the same time determination.The samples of Poacynum pictum in the traits,microscopic,composition,content and antioxidant activity and Apocynum samples have a certain difference,which can effectively identify,not the two mixed with the same medicinal herbs.
