The Research About The Extract Of The Apocynum Venetum L. Decreasing The Fat Level In Blood And The Extraction And Purification Of Flavonoids In The Leaves Of Apocynum Venetum L.

Objective: Observe the activity of reducing the fat level in blood by animal experiment for the coming research.Methods: Treated the high cholesterol rats model with The extract of the Apocynum venetum L., determine the level of TC,TG, HDL, LDL of the rats.Results: The extract of the Apocynum venetum L. extracted with either ethanol or water can effectively reduce the level of TC, TG, HDL,LDL of the rats feed with high fat diet and increase the ratio of HDL and LDL.Conclusion: The extract of the Apocynum venetum L. extracted with either ethanol or water can effectively reduce the fat level in blood of the rat feed with high fat diet and make it approach the ordinary level.The second part:The extraction and purification of flavonoids in the leaves of Apocynum venetum L.Objective:Find effective methods of extraction and purification. Wanted the quantity of flavonoids above 50 percent. Deternine the technical conditions for extraction and purification of flavonoids in the leaves of Apocynum venetum L..Methods:Solvent extraction is used, passed through amacroporous resin column.Results:It' a good method for the leaves of Apocynum venetum L. to be extracted with 60% ethanolunder reflux. The extract was passed through aamacroporous resin column, total flavonoids content above 60 perccent.Conclusion: It is a effective way for the flavonoids in the leaves of Apocynum venetum L., to extracted with ethanol and purified with amacroporous resin.
