Clinical Study Of Tonifying Kidney And Fetus-Securing Prescription To Recurrent The Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Of Kidney Deficiency With Blood Stasis During The First Trimester

Objective: Observe the effectiveness of tonifying kidney and fetus-securing prescription to treat the unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Explore the mechanism of tonifying kidney and fetus-securing prescription to treat the unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.The research provide an effective method for TCM to treat the unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods: From March 2015 to December 2016,I have collected 71 cases of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion from Department of traditional Chinese medicine clinic of Shangdong Province-owned Hospital and divided the 71 cases into test group which conclude 36 cases and control group which conclude 35 cases randomly.The test group of patients were given the tonifying kidney and fetus-securing prescription treatment.The control group of patients were given the aspirin 75 mg and prednisone acetate 5mg everyday.After continuous treatment of three months,Observe the pregnancy condition in one year.After be sure of the inttrauterine pregnancy,all of them were given the dydrogestrone treatment.The specific dosage and frequency can be appropriate adjusted according to the clinical symptoms.When 12 weeks of pregnancy,reduced the amount of dydrogestrone gradually.During the treatment period,monitor the idney deficiency kand blood stasis symptoms,serum human chorionic gonadotrophin increased,and other indicators of all the patients regularly.Results:(1)The difference of the two groups patients’ age,frequency of abortion,average days of abortion,severity of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were not statistically significant by statistical analysis(P>0.05).(2)In the test group,29 cases were effective and 4 cases were invalid.The effective rate was 87.88%.In the control group,20 cases were effective and 11 cases were invalid.The effective rate was 64.52%(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the test group patients’ symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were alleviated more significantly than the control group patients(P<0.05).(4)The test group patients’ serum human chorionic gonadotrophin increased more significantly than the control group patients(P<0.05).(5)The difference of serum progesterone was no significance between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: The tonifying kidney and fetus-securing prescription can significantly improve the kidney deficiency and blood stasis symptoms and improve the success rate of pregnancy with unexplained spontaneous abortion of the patients.
