| Objective:This study aims at observing and discussing the relationship between P and PR in Unexplained recurrent abortion patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis in late secretory phase with these patient insufficiency of decidua in early abortion,and the effect of Tonify The Kidney and Active Blood Prescription on the level of serum P、PR、PRL and IGBP-1 in Unexplained recurrent abortion patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis in late secretory phase.Methods:This study is divided into two parts,The first Part needs to collect 15 cases of abortion decidua in artificial abortion patients and 15 cases of abortion decidua in Unexplained recurrent abortion patients,and then the experiment uses real-time quantitative PCR(RT-PCR)to detect the levels of PR and decidualization marker receptor PRL,IGFBP-1 content of mRNA.The second Part is to collect 40 cases of blood secrum in normal and unpregnant women who have regular menstrual cycle in late secretory phase and 30 cases of blood secrum in unexplained recurrent abortion patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis in late secretory phase,which contain 30 cases of patients giving Tonify The Kidney and Active Blood Prescription 4 weeks of treatment and 20 cases of patients giving Aspirin 4 weeks of treatment.Finally,the experiment collect their blood 4-5ml when they are in and out of our study.Use ELISA method is used to determine the change of P,PR,PRL and IGFBP-1 level,and the following up rate and early embryo loss of pregnant patients in the two groups.Result:1.The content of PR,PRL and IGFBP-1 mRNA in the Decidua Tissue of patients with URSA is significantly lower than that in normal Decidua Tissue;2.The serum levels of P,PRL and IGFBP-1 of URSA patients in late secretory phase are lower than those in the normal female serum in late secretory phase;3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of P,PR,PRL and IGFBP-1 in serum of URSA patients increase,and the level of them was closer to that of normal pregnant women than those of aspirin group.Conclusion:The abnormal reduction of P,PR in serum of URSA in late secretory phase and PR,PRLR,IGFBP-1R in decidual of URSA is associated with these patients insufficiency of decidua in early abortion;Tonify The Kidney and Active Blood Prescription can increase the levels of serum P,PRL and IGFBP-1 in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion in late secretory phase,promote the expression of deciduating markers,advance the deciduating and embryonic development of trophoblasts,and provide a solid foundation for normal pregnancy. |
