Objective: By meta-analysis,evaluate the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine curing the coronary heart patients with anxiety or depression,to provide certain theoretical basis for integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine curing the patients with cardiovascular dis ease associated with mental disorders in the future. Methods:In the literature databases at home and abroad, including Chinese database: Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database CNKI,Chinese database journals VIP,Wanfang Data know ledge service platform, and English database: Pubmed,we searched the key words, for example "coronary heart disease complicated with mental disorder" and its Words whose meaning is similar or synonym, and collected all of the related literatures about the randomized contro lled trial of the TCM curing coronary heart disease complicated with mental disorder, and screen ed these literatures as well as evaluated their risk bias, finally extracted data from these literatures for using Revman5.3 statistical software to make the Tree diagram and draw a conclusion. Results: Literature screening results: Through literature retrieval,we got719 literatures.By using the Note Expre ss,the document management software,we deleted repetitive literatures and attained 237 literatures. Then by reading the abstracts we deleted uncorrelated literatures and got 75 full texts. Finally by reading these full texts we obtained 25 included texts.Meta-analysis results: 1.the curative effect of angina pectoris: 15 studies, included 1063 people, the combined effect OR is 3.69,and 95%CI of thecombined effect OR is 2.60~5.22 and its P<0.00001,which suggests there is Statistically significant;2.TCM syndrome curative effect: 9 studies, the combined effect OR is3.87,and 95%CI of the combined effect OR is 2.68~5.60 and its P<0.00001,which suggests there is Statistically significant;3.Self testing Depression Scale score(SDS score):(1)Subgroup1 which conbined used of Deanxit: 2 studies and included 130 people, the combined effec t WMD is-12.52 and its 95%CI is-13.95~-11.09,which suggests there is Statistically significant;(2)Subgroup2 which only used TCM: 3 studies and included 200 people, the combined effec t WMD is-4.58 and its 95%CI is-6.86~-2.31,which suggests there is Statistically significant;(3)Group of SDS score: 5 studies and included 330 people, the combined effec t WM D is-10.27 and its 95%CI is-11.49~-9.06,which suggests there is Statistically significant;(4)Heterogeneity of subgroups:?2=33.46,I2=97%,P<0.00001.4.Self testing Anxiety Scale score(SAS score):(1)Subgroup1 which conbined used of Deanxit: 2 studies and included 130 people, the combined effec t WMD is-12.37 and its 95%CI is-13.66~-11.08,which suggests there is Statistically significant;(2)Subgroup2 which only used TCM: 2 studies and included 200 people, the combined effec t WMD is-4.34 and its 95%CI is-6.93~-1.75,which suggests there is Statistically significant;(3)Group of SDS score: 4 studies and included 330 people, the combined effec t WM D is-10.77 and its 95%CI is-11.93~-9.62,which suggests there is Statistically significant;(4)Heterogeneity of subgroups:?2=29.57,I2=96.6%,P<0.00001.Conclusion: This study showed that in the aspects of the curative effect of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome curative effect and reducing the SAS and SDS score, the combined application of TCM curing coronary heart diseasewith anxiety or depression is better than only using conventional western medicine.
