The Change Of B-ultrasound Monitoring Of Ovulation And Anti-Mullerian Hormone(AMH) Of Anovulatory Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS) By Herb-partitioned Moxibustion

Objective:This study was used different methods that were herb-partitioned moxibustion and Clomifene Capsules(CC)to treat Anovulatory Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)disease,and to observe the effects of ovulation and anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)by two treatments.And then compared the results of the two groups.We willexplore the mechanism of action of herb-partitioned moxibustion and evaluate its excellent efficiency and security.Then we can provide the basis for it and promote its application in the future.Methods:52 Ovulation of Anovulatory with PCOSpatients were randomly divided into a treatment group(herbs-partitioned navel moxibustion + western medicine simulation agent group)and a controld after treatment.And then observating the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and ad group(simulation of navel moxibustion + CCgroup).The treatment group has25 cases and control group has 26 cases.Comparing and analysing AMH and the follicle number and largest diameter of follicle of the patients of two groups before anverse reactions of the two groups,statistical significance was further explored.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05);while the differences in the ovulation rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The number of follicles in both groups decreased gradually,compared with before treatment it had the statistical difference(P<0.05),there was significant difference between groups(P?0.05);(3)Maximum follicle diameter of two groupscompared with before treatment,had very significant statistical differences(P<0.01),and there are very significant differences between groups(P<0.01);(4)AMH of two groupscompared with before treatment,had very significant statistical differences(P<0.01),and there are very significant differences between groups(P<0.01);(5)The rate of adverse reactionsthere was significant difference between groups(P?0.05).Conclusion: 1.The umbilical moxibustion can promote follicular growth and development into dominant follicle,and the burst discharge,with better curative effect than CC;and can reduce the number of follicles,with better curative than CC.2.The umbilical moxibustion can significantly reduce the level of AMH andmake it tend to normal,with better curative effect than CC.But we need more High quality researches to prove it.3.The long-term clinical effect of the umbilical moxibustion is better than CC;4.The umbilical moxibustion has a good effect on the treatment of anovulatory Patients with PCOS,and has less adverse reactions.
