Clinical Study Of Tonifying Spleen Kidney Particles In Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Diseases With Spleen Andkidney Qi Dificiency And Stasis Resistance Dampness

Objective:To observe "the tonifying spleen kidney particles"glomerular filtration rate decreased in patients with stage CKD4 rate and evaluate its efficacy and safety of CKD4 period,provide data for clinical application.Method:1.Choose western medicine diagnosis and accord with the spleen kidney qi deficiency-stasis resistance dampness TCM diagnosis of 45 cases of patients with chronic kidney disease 4,the use of randomized treatment methods and drugs compiled blind.2.Medication TCM treatment group as follows:Tonifying spleen kidney particles and losartan placebo;3.Western medicine as the positive control group:Losartan and tonifying spleen kidney particles placebo.4.Basic treatment:All patients received basic treatment of Western medicine.Observation time of 12 months,TCM clinical symptoms observed two groups of patients,hemoglobin,liver function(serum albumin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,etc.),kidney function(glomerular filtration rate,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,etc.)lipids(total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein)and other indicators before and after treatment,the analysis above indicators,comprehensive assessment of the efficacy and safety of drugs.Results:(1)Comparing the two groups of patients overall efficacy of the treatment group,the total efficiency of 36.84%.The total effective rate of the control group was 0%,comparing two sets of data are different,there is a significant statistical significance,P<0.01,total clinical efficacy rate in the treatment group than the control group.(2)A comparison of TCM clinical symptoms,the data showed no difference between the two groups,no statistically significant difference in change(P>0.05),no difference between the two groups.(3)Compare the efficacy of indicators:The treatment group to reduce serum creatinine,increase the glomerular filtration rate(GFR),there are differences in comparison with the data in the control group,there was a statistical significance(P<0.01),excellent efficacy in the control group.(4)Evaluate the safety indicators:Do patients before and after treatment of blood pressure,electrocardiogram,blood,urine,stool routine,liver,plasma lipids,echocardiography,carotid ultrasound,such as monitoring,no exceptions.Conclusions:(1)Tonifying spleen kidney particles can improve chronic kidney disease.4spleen kidney deficiency-stasis resistance dampness in patients with clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.(2)Tonifying spleen kidney particles can improve the patients kidney function,the slow progress of chronic kidney disease.(3)Tonifying spleen kidney particles on the body's fat metabolism,ion metabolism and liver meritorious service is not to observe the influence of the bad,such as good security.
