BackgroundEpilepsy is a common neurological disorders.the relevant personnel statistics found that in our country about 9 million of patients suffer from epilepsy.the prevalence rate reached at 7%,while the annual increase of epilepsy cases is about 400 thousands.Most of the patients with epilepsy after long-term regular treatment can get remission of disease control,about 20% of patients may eventually develop into refractory epilepsy.However,with the development of medical model,factor researches associated with treatment of epilepsy have gradually attracted people's attention by promoting the patient's comprehensive treatment and drugs so that can really improve the quality of life of patients.As far as it is concerned,It seems that Anti-epileptic drags(AEDs)is still the first choice for the treatment of epilepsy.Their families were concerned what are conditions after taking the drugs by patients.A part of children with epilepsy can't get good control.in addition to the factors of the disease by itself,compliance is not to be ignored in all kinds of the factors.the domestic and foreign research testifed that patients without compliance increased the incidence rate of about 25% to 50%,including not dressing,reduction and withdrawal,which can be classified as the scope of non-compliance.at last often leads to difficult control of epilepsy,the worst possible status is epilepticus.However,children are at high risk of epilepsy.This paper discusses the epilepsy children drug treatment compliance and efficacy of the relationship,and the factors that affect the durability of treatment compliance of children with epilepsy have been analyzed.ObjectiveTo study the relationship between the efficacy of pediatric patients with epilepsy and atreatment compliance,the related factors affecting the treatment compliance and summarized,and based on the in-depth study of countermeasures to enhance the treatmentcompliance of epilepsy in children,in order to improve clinical curative effect in patients with epilepsy in children,and improve their quality of life.MethodOn the clinical data and treatments of 84 cases of infantile epilepsy diagnosed in2014-2015 July in HENAN PROINCIAL PEOPLE'S HOSPITAL were analyzed retrospectively,and the issuance of a self-designed questionnaire survey analysis.from the pediatric epilepsy patients visiting time,parents of diagnosis and treatment of consciousness,insist on aspects of regular follow up,maintain long-term medication and analyze the related factors affecting the treatment compliance of patients with epilepsy in children.Results1.Children with guardian' age,education level,background and so on can affect the compliance of children with epilepsy treatment..2.Sufferings this experiment proves that the consciousness,time,regular medication,periodic review are obvious relevance to compliance,P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.3.This experiment research proves that compliance with children prognosised epilepsy is closely related to treatment effect,P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.ConclusionThe poorer children with epilepsy treatment is regularly,the poorer treatment effect is.In children with epilepsy treatment,The patient's compliance is the major reason for not taking medicine on time,the low degree of culture of guardian,less understanding of disease.parents can't often take on children with appointment for objective reasons and parents can not supervise children to take medication regularly for a long time.According to the above situation,clinicians in children with epilepsy treatment,its guardian were targeted to accept health education timely,so that we can get them to cooperate with doctors,will be benifet to improve the effect of treatment.
