Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with routine therapy on patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction, and to compare the adverse effects of the treatment with the evaluation of motor function and daily living activities. To explore the feasibility of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with routine therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods:This study selected patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia from March 2013 to August 2016 in Jiangjin Central Hospital of Chongqing. The patients aged 50-80 years old were eligible for inclusion. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: routine treatment group and hyperbaric oxygen treatment group. The hyperbaric oxygen therapy group was grouped according to the time of initial hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The conventional treatment group is the treatment method commonly used in the hospital, hyperbaric oxygen therapy group is based on the conventional treatment group to increase hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The data of age, sex, course of disease, evaluation of motor function before exercise, evaluation of activities of daily living were recorded. The therapeutic effect of each group was evaluated, and the evaluation of motor function and the evaluation of activities of daily living were evaluated after the treatment.Strict observation of patients in the course of treatment of adverse reactions, etc.,and develop contingency plans, first aid measures. The data obtained in the research process were sorted out, statistically analyzed, and the results were discussed. The adverse reactions in the treatment were analyzed and the conclusions were drawn to guide the clinical treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in the age, sex, course of disease, motor function score and daily living activity score between the conventional treatment group and the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group.the rules.Through the analysis of therapeutic data, the effective rate of hyperbaric oxygen therapy group(85.00%)was higher than that of the conventional treatment group(70.83%)(P <0.05).The scores of motor function and activity of daily living of the former were higher than those of the conventional treatment group(P <0.05).In the group of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the effective rate of the treatment decreased gradually with the initial treatment time, and the score of motor function and activity of daily living decreased gradually. In the course of treatment, conventional treatment group found no adverse reactions.Hyperbaric oxygen group 2 patients with barotrauma,1 case of male and female, the incidence of adverse reactions was 1.67%.Among them, male patients suffered from middle ear augmentation due to mild otitis media, and female patients suffered from nasal sinus barotrauma due to mild cold. After symptomatic treatment, hyperbaric oxygen therapy was continued and no other adverse reactions occurred. No oxygen toxicity, decompression sickness and other adverse reactions.Conclusions:1?Compared with the conventional treatment, hyperbaric oxygen combined with routine treatment can improve the therapeutic effect of cerebral infarction hemiplegia(P <0.05).The scores of motor function and activities of daily living were higher in patients of hyperbaric oxygen therapy group than those of routine treatment group(P <0.05).That hyperbaric oxygen therapy can increase the effect of adding to improve the patient's motor function and activities of daily living,is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.2?diagnosed patients on the basis of conventional treatment, the sooner the better the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the patient's ability to exercise and activities of daily living ability to score more, the better the ability of patients to resume normal activity. Therefore, hyperbaric oxygen therapy should be carried out in the early stage of routine treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia in order to improve the clinical therapeutic effect.3?hyperbaric oxygen therapy, adverse reaction rate is low.The more common is barotrauma, after symptomatic treatment does not affect the treatment of hyperbaric oxygen.Other adverse reactions such as oxygen poisoning, decompression sickness, eye discomfort and so no,indicating that hyperbaric oxygen therapy is relatively safe, can be used in clinical treatment.
