The Clinical Study Of Modified Chaihu Guizhi Decoction With The "Six Strategics" Skills Training In The Treatment Of Hiccup For The Liver-stomach Disharmony Type After Ischemic Stroke

Objective: By observing integral of hiccup, integral of HAMD before and after treatment and the overall efficiency of hiccup after ischemic stroke, to elucidate the curative effect of the modified Chaihu Guizhi Decoction with the "six strategics"skills training in the treatment of hiccup for the liver-stomach disharmony type after ischemic stroke.Methods: 60 cases of patients with hiccups after ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital encephalopathy between 2015 January to 2016 December were admitted for the study, and distributed into group according to the tenet of with random number representation. The patients were distributed into modified Chaihu Guizhi decoction with the "six strategics" skills training group (referred as Chinese traditional treatment group) for 33 cases and chlorpromazine group(referred as western medicine control group) for 27 cases, two groups of treatment for 3 weeks.After the study, two groups of patients were compared with TCM syndrome score changes, HAMD score changes before and after treatment, and compared the total effective rate.Results: The total effective rate of Chinese traditional treatment group was 87.88%, the total effective rate was 77.78% in the western medicine control group.Hiccup symptom scores after treatment between the two groups, the Chinese traditional treatment group score of 1.55±0.42, the western medicine control group score of 2.08±0.31. Through statistical analysis, the difference is statistically significant. The scores of TCM syndrome, depression and gastrointestinal symptoms in the two groups after treatment were statistically analyzed, and there were differences.Conclusion: The effect modified Chaihu Guizhi decoction with the "six strategics" skills training in treatment of hiccup for the liver-stomach disharmony type after ischemic stroke is significant. Modified Chaihu Guizhi decoction with the "six strategics" skills training can effectively improve the symptoms of hiccp and depressive emotion, and improve the quality of life of the patients. So it is worth of being popularize in clinical treatment.
