Objective:This thesis from the theory of Ying and Wei governance mechanism ofmodified Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of insomnia and its clinical effectobservation on the treatment of insomnia. Methods:In this study, selected from theclinical Ying and Wei testy, Disorder of movement of Qi type60patients with insomniawere randomly divided into two groups, treatment group30cases,30cases of the controlgroup. The treatment group received modified Chaihu Guizhi Decoction, Control groupgiven Shu Mian capsules, a course of4weeks. PSQI scale before and after treatment, TCMsyndrome score changes. Results:Statistical analysis, the two groups before treatment,general information including gender, age, PSQI points, TCM syndrome and so have nosignificant difference, comparable. After treatment in the PSQI scale, TCM terms ofsymptom scores were improved compared with before treatment, but Treatment group inimproving sleep quality, day function, sleep, sleep disorders, sleep efficiency is better thanthe control group and can significantly improve insomnia treatment groups patients withearly morning drowsiness, upset or mania, day spirit of weak, limbs, such as fatigue,sweating. Conclusion:The use of adjusted modified Chaihu Guizhi decoction treatinginsomnia of Ying and Wei testy, Disorder of movement of Qi, and with Shu Mian capsuleswere observed capsule group, two in PSQI points, and changes in clinical symptom score,the adjusted modified Chaihu Guizhi decoction treated group was significantly better thanthe control group, Proved by modified Chaihu Guizhi decoction in treating insomnia ofYing and Wei testy, Disorder of movement of Qi has better clinical usefulness.
