Eucommia ulmoides Oliver,alias bakelites,are perennial deciduous trees belonging to Eucommiaceae.They are national second-class protective plants and residual plants after the fourth century invasion of glacier,which are mainly distributed in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the southern provinces.They are also our country's precious nourishing medicinal materials and mostly use dried barks as medicine.Nourishing liver and kidney,strengthening the bones and muscles,reducing blood press and blood fat are their main pharmacological effects.The ancient physicians widely used Eucommia ulmoides Oliver in the prescription of reinforcing kidney and strengthening bones and the modern pharmacological research also shows that they have the effect of anti osteoporosis.Due to the limited resources of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver,a large number of studies have shown that the pharmacological effects of Folium Eucommiae are similar to Eucommia ulmoides',which provide scientific basis for the development of Eucommia ulmoides and related products.The Folium Eucommiae replenishes the medicinal resources of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver,in the meanwhile,it is also raw material for health food.The Southeast Asian countries,such as Japan,Korea and so on,have done a lot of research on the development and utilization of health products of Folium Eucommiae and have made great achievements.On the contrary,in our country,there are few reports on health products of Folium Eucommiae.The development of such products is very necessary.The main research results given in this dissertation are as follows.1.Single factor experiment,orthogonal experiment was carried with dry extract yield and two kinds of functional components of aucubin,geniposide acid as the index,select the best extraction process of anti osteoporosis efficacy components of Eucommia ulmoides leaves were decocted two times,dry eucommia leaf with water soak liquid 1h.With 6 times the amount of water,decocting time for the first time 1h,the second decoction time was 0.5 h.2.Three commonly used fillers for pregelatinized starch,microcrystalline cellulose and maltodextrin were investigated with hygroscopicity as indexes.Compared the use of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose,85%ethanol,syrup three kinds of adhesives in the application of the advantages and disadvantages of the tablet.Taking the angle of repose as the main index,the advantages of magnesium stearate and silica gel as lubricant were investigated.The final determination:the filler is microcrystalline cellulose,the adhesive is2%hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and the lubricant is magnesium stearate.The process is:the raw materials were 80 mesh sieve,the same amount of incremental method,over 80 mesh sieve,while adding even while stirring,mixing evenly,plus 2%hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose,16 mesh sieve wet system Grain,14 mesh sieve,and finally on the machine tablet was finished.3.The quality standard of compound leaves of Eucommia ulmoides was studied and the draft quality standard was developed.Osmanthus fragrans are evergreen broad-leaf small trees belonging to Oleaceae.They are widely distributed in China and one of the most important plants for greening and landscape garden.The woodiness and grain of fragrans looks like rhinoceros,so they are also called Osmanthus fragrans Lour.Fragrans are widely used in food,spices,medicine and so on.However,due to the short florescence and rare reports on preservation methods,the long-term development of fragrans industry has been seriously impeded.Such research above is particularly necessary.The main research results given in this dissertation are as follows.1.By contrast,the effect of vacuum freeze drying on the flower color and flower color of Osmanthus fragrans was significantly better than that of pickling and natural drying.2.Extraction of essential oil from Osmanthus fragrans by vacuum freeze drying,natural drying and curing,Compared the different storage methods after 30 days,60 days,90 days of osmanthus oil yield,the aroma components were analyzed by GC-MS,the results showed that two hydrogen?-ionone?3.94%?,?-Decalactone?4.95%?,?-ionone?9.84%?,palmitic acid?3.71%?,linoleic acid?2.21%?with vacuum freeze-drying of Osmanthus oil and other major aromatic components were detected,and the percentage of content and fresh osmanthus in the proportion of the remaining two kinds of preservation methods are more similar to the more aromatic ingredients to maintain the type and content ratio closer to the natural ratio of fresh osmanthus,the aroma of essential oils is made up of all the compounds,the composition of volatile oil and trace elements to maintain the characteristics of essential oils and natural odor,in the preservation of essential oils in the process,to maintain the natural proportion of each component is very important,In addition,the effect of vacuum freeze-drying on the preservation of?-linolenic acid and natural vitamin E was better than that of salting method;The types and proportions of aromatic components in the preserved sweet scented osmanthus were larger,the content of linoleic acid and palmitic acid was not detected,and aromatic components of?-decalactone,?-ionone proportion of 2 to 3times the fresh Osmanthus fragrans;the loss of aroma components of natural drying is big.3.The soluble sugar content was determined by Coomassie brilliant blue method,the soluble protein content was determined by Coomassie brilliant blue method;determination of vitamin C content by1,10-phenanthroline staining method,the results showed that the nutrient content of the vacuum freeze dried Osmanthus fragrans was the highest,the content of vitamin C was 52.77 mg.g-1,the soluble sugar content was 25.29 mg.g-1,the soluble protein content was 3.666 mg.g-1,which was the highest among the three.The effects of three methods on total flavonoids content were not significant.The comprehensive results show that vacuum freeze drying is to keep both of osmanthus flower type appearance;preservation of aromatic constituents of essential oils of sweet osmanthus,or save the soluble sugar and protein,vitamin C,total flavonoids,which are the best preserved method.
