[Background]Bouncing and standing upright manipulation is a featured techniques used to treat waist hamstring injury which is coming from doctor Sun who is a famous Chinese Medicine bone injury.The technique has been proven to be safe and effective through a large sample of clinical trials which is a Specializes in Treatment Clinical Research Project from Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in 2008.As the manipulation therapy is simple and practical,Quick effect and strong pertinence,so the patient is happy to accept and the technique has been widely used in clinical practice.Currently it is a form of teacher-band on the inheritance of Traditional Chinese manipulation.On the one hand,beginners need to spend a lot of time in clinical practice groping.And their learning efficiency is poor,also they are not easy to master the connotation and essence of the technique.On the other hand,it is difficult to carry out quantitative assessment and evaluation.Bouncing and standing upright manipulation is a highly skilled medical technology,and there is no objective technical index for reference in clinical practice but only relative normalization procedure.The affirmation of manipulative clinical efficacy and the perplexity of inheriting teaching prompt us to study the operation characteristics and the function principle of the manipulation.And the rapid development of sports Biomechanics provides a broad platform for the quantification and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine techniques.As a member of practitioners,we should not only use the development platform,but use the modern scientific and advanced measurement technology to carry out quantitative analysis and research,deep excavation of the connotation of manipulation.Referring to the previous literatures,the study of biomechanics of the Bounc ing and Standing Upright Manipulation is still blank.In this study,a wearable dynamometer,a gait analysis dynamometer and a motion capture system are used to carry out dynamic measurement of the operation process of the bendin g legislation.After that,we extract the kinetic and kinematic data of the mani pulation,and extract the key index parameters according to the data result char acteristics and the manipulation operation.Then we carry out quantitative and correlation analysis of kinetic and kinematic key parameters.Finally,we summ arize the main points of the technique,and provide reference for the clinical,t eaching and scientific research.[Objective]1 To extract key index parameters of the bouncing and standing upright manipulation.2 To quantify the key index parameter of the bouncing and standing upright manipulation.3 To explore possible impact factors on operations of the bouncing and manipulation1.1 Dynamics Key Index parametersThe physical data can be divided into five phases:prepare phase,and they a re the preparation phase,hold the phase,the storage phase,throw the phase an d recovery phase.The key parameters in the physical mechanics are the preload in the body,the maximum force in the body,in the body back-loading,the throwing force in the body,and the throwing time in the body.The operator's plantar mechanics data can be divided into five phases same as in physical mechanics.And the key parameters of plantar mechanics are the vertical throwing force,the back and forth force of the foot,the lateral throwing force of the sole and the bottom throw time.The data of plantar mechanics of subjects can be divided into three phases,and they are the operational phase,the earth phase and the equilibrium phase.The key parameters of plantar mechanics of the subjects are plantar vertical to maximum force and forward to maximum force.1.2 Kinematic Key ParametersThe operator's hip kinematics data can be divided into four time phases,and they are prepared to hold the phase,the storage phase,throw phase and recovery phase.The key parameter parameters of the operator's kinematics are the vertical displacement of hip and the lateral displacement of hip.The kinematics data of lumbosacral part of the subjects can be divided into four time phases.They are ready to hold the phase,the phase of the accumulator,the phase of throwing and the phase of equilibrium.The key parameters of the subjects'kinematics are back and forth displacement of lumbosacral spine and the lumbosacral vertical forward throw displacement.2 The quantification of the key parameters of the manipulation2.1 Quantification of the operator's dynamics indexDuring the operation,the average value of the body preload is 37.10kg,the maximum force mean is 51.58kg,the mean value of the throwing force is 18.99kg,and the mean value of the body throw time is 470.96ms.The operator's vertical throwing force is 805.7IN,the bottom of the foot to throw force is 342.28N,the bottom of the foot of the lateral throw force is 104.09N,the bottom throw time is the value of 474.33ms.2.2 Operator's kinematic index quantificationThe median hip-forward displacement of the operator is 277.06mm and the h ips were thrown vertically 69.41mm.2.3 Dynamics index quantification of subjectsThe participants ' plantar vertical direction is 2215.66N,and the maximum value of the foot was 395.33N.2.4 Quantitative kinematic index of subjectsThe average value of the lumbar sacral forward and backward throwing displacement is 531.76mm,and the mean vertical throw displacement of lumbo sacral is 102.21mm.3 Influence factors on operator dynamics and kinematics parameters3.1 By multivariate linear regression analysis,the height of the subjects was significantly correlated with the preload of the body,the maximum force in the body and the throwing force in the body(P<0.01).3.2 By multivariate linear regression analysis,the vertical throwing force of the subjects ' body weight and plantar,the fore-and-aft throwing force,and the la teral throwing force of plantar were significantly correlated(P<0.01).3.3 After multivariate linear regression analysis,the body mass index of the su bjects had significant correlation with the anterior and posterior displacement of hip(P<0.05),and the weight of the subjects was significantly correlated with the vertical throwing displacement of the hips(P<0.01).4 Analysis of the dynamic operation characteristics4.1 In the aspect of physical parameter comparison,there is a significant positive correlation between the preload force,the maximum force and the throwing force in the body(P<0.01).4.2 In the aspect of plantar mechanical parameters,there is a significant positive correlation between the vertical throwing force of plantar bottom,the fore-and-aft throwing force and the lateral throwing force of plantar bottom(P<0.01).And there is a significant negative correlation between the plantar throwing time and the fore-and-aft throwing force of plantar(P<0.01).4.3 There is a significant positive correlation between the body throw time and the plantar throwing time in the correlation between physical parameters and plantar mechanical parameters(P<0.01).There is a significant negative correlation between the throwing time of the body and the back of the sole(P<0.01).[Conclusion]1 In the clinical practice of bouncing and standing upright manipulation,the operator should adjust the hip and plantar force size according to the patient's height and weight.The higher the height of the patient,the operator should increase the hip exerting force;The greater the weight of the patient,the operator should increase the plantar force.2 In the process of manipulation,the operator should adjust the hip movement according to the patient's body size and weight.The larger the body mass index,the more the operator should pay attention to increase the hip forward movement;The greater the weight of the patient,the operator should pay attention to increase the hip movement amplitude.3 It is one of the operating characteristics of bouncing and standing upright manipulation of the size of the throwing force in the body depending on the size of the preloaded force.
