Object : To explore the clinical significance of Single-Port video-assisted thoracic surgery(SPVATS)ladder dissection technology in the treatment of early non small cell lung cancer.Method:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 80 patients who received single-hole thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery from January 2014 to December 2016.The data of 80 patients receiving SPVATS were selected as the control. From 400 cases in our hospital for 3 years,In patients with lung cancer treated with VATS(UVATS),80 patients were selected according to the four matching factors of sex, age, tumor location and tumor stage. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, number of dissected lymph nodes, pleural effusion drainage, incidence of fat liquefaction, postoperative hospital stay, and numerical rating scale(NRS)were compared between the two groups.Result: No deaths or serious complications occurred perioperatively in the two groups. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, number of dissected lymph nodes, pleural effusion drainage and postoperative hospital stay were all comparable between the two groups, but compared with UVATS,SPVATS was associated with significantly lowered NRS(P<0.05),And the patients' satisfaction with postoperative incision was significantly increased. But the incidence of fat liquefaction of incision in the SPVATS group was slightly higher than that in the UVATS group. Conclusion: SPVATS treatment method and UVATS treatment method in the treatment of early non small cell lung cancer are the same, but SPVATS ladder dissection technology is less trauma, more beauty, less pain, easy to apply and promote in clinical.
