Research objectivePartially obstructed fallopian tube HSG image and the common factors of infertility is further detailly graded to observe the pregnancy outcomes of different grading of detailed image and analyze the correlation between detailed grading and the common factors of infertility to provide an objective basis for individualized treatment of patients who have partially obstructed fallopian tube.Research methodImages and clinical data of 118 cases of patients who are in diagnosis of bilateral partially obstructed fallopian tube through HSG and take laparoscopy in the second month are collected.According to the degree of tubal patency, softness, umbrella end situation, contrast medium dispersion and so on to comprehensive analysis, grading the partially obstructed fallopian tube of HSG image.Follow-up observation of intrauterine pregnancy and fallopian tube pregnancy patients after 12 months is done to analyze the correlation between the age, duration of infertility, pelvic infection, infertility type and grading of detailed image.Statistical analysis is by SPSS 22.0statistical package, with that P<0.05 is significant, and the chi square test or fisher's exact test is taken, between the two groups for multiple comparisons using the split method.Result1?38 cases are grade I,41 cases are grade II,and 39 cases are grade III.There are 18 cases of postoperative patients after 12 months of grade I intrauterine pregnancy, and normal intrauterine pregnancy rate is 47.3%(18/38);There is 1 case of tubal pregnancy and tubal pregnancy rate is 2.6%(1/38);There are 19 cases of non-pregnancy,and the non-pregnancy rate is 50.0%(19/38);There are 8 cases of grade II normal intrauterine pregnancy, and intrauterine pregnancy rate is19.5%(8/41);There are 4 cases of tubal pregnancy and tubal pregnancy rate is9.8%(4/41);There are 29 cases of non-pregnancy,and non-pregnancy rate is70.7%(29/41);There is 1 case of grade III normal intrauterine pregnancy, and normal intrauterine pregnancy rate is 2.6%(1/39);There are 2 cases of tubal pregnancy and tubal pregnancy rate is 5.1%(2/39);There are 36 cases of non-pregnancy,and non-pregnancy rate is 92.3%(36/39).For the three-group comparison of intrauterine pregnancy rate, the difference is statistically significant(c2=22.300,P=0.000<0.05).For the three-group comparison of tubal pregnancy rate, the difference is not statistically significant(c2=1.861,P=0.394>0.05).For the comparison between grade I and grade II of normal intrauterine pregnancy rate, the difference is not statistically significant(c2=5.988,P=0.014>0.0125)For the comparison between grade I and grade III of normal intrauterine pregnancy rate, the difference is statistically significant(c2=17.492,P=(0.000<0.0125).For the comparison between grade II and grade III of normal intrauterine pregnancy rate, the difference is not statistically significant(c2=4.675,P=0.031>0.0125).2?Grading of partially obstructed fallopian tube image is significantly related to duration of infertility. The longer the duration of infertility is,the higher the grade of fallopian tube is(c2=15.095,P<0.05,Pearson contingency coefficient=0.337).Grading of partially obstructed fallopian tube image is significantly related to history of pelvic infection, patients with history of pelvic infection is significantly higher than those who have no history of pelvic infection in tubal grading(c2=37.633,P<0.05,Pearson contingency coefficient=0.492).Infertility type and age have no significant effect on grading of partially obstructed fallopian tube image(P>0.05).ConclusionPartially obstructed fallopian tube HSG image is further detailly graded, which can reflect the morphology of fallopian tube and the extent of its damaged function objectively.Comprehensively related to factors of patients'common clinical infertility,it will help clinicians to develop the best treatment plan for patients,so as to obtain a desirable outcome of pregnancy.
