Objective: Selected in this study involved in family ward line fallopian tube recanalization(FTR)treatment and conforms to the infertility patients into a set of conditions, through the fallopian tube in patients with record in FTR angiography and the patients with pelvic dispersion and postoperative follow-up of pregnancies that is likely to affect the patients with pregnancy factor of single factor and multiple factors analysis, hope that through FTR pregnancy rate after treatment in patients with tubal obstruction and may be related to the influence factors of investigation and analysis, provide the basis for the clinical research direction of infertility treatment,to provide better treatment for infertility, achieve better therapeutic effect. Methods: Collected in January 2016-August 2017 on the line in ward FTR eligible fallopian tube obstruction infertility treatment in patients with clinical data, through outpatient follow-up visit or telephone records patients pregnancies, success will naturally conceived according to the patients divided into pregnancy group and not the pregnancy, collect patients' age, type, course of infertility, tubal infertility basic clinical data, such as single/double side lesions in patients with record in FTR oviduct imaging and pelvic dispersion, may affect factors of two groups of patients with single factor and multiple factors analysis, and through the age <,age 35 years old after 35 patients stratified,Carry out the above analysis;SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis,c2 test or Fisher's exact probability method was used for univariate analysis, and Logistics regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The pregnancy rate was 60.29%,and the age,the type of infertility, pelvic operation history, the duration of infertility, unilateral or bilateral tubal obstruction, the shape of fallopian tube after dilation as well as the contrast agent diffusion in pelvic cavity affected the pregnancy rate insignificantly(all P>0.05).Nevertheless,among women aged <35 years at the time of FTR,single variable analysis implied that the type of infertility was associated with successful pregnancy(P<0.05);In addition, the type of infertility and the even or uneven diffusion of contrast agent in pelvic cavity were the two independent risk factors according to Logistics regression analysis(b value is 2.410,1.876 respectively, both P<0.05).However,none of the studied variables was significantly associated with pregnancy among women aged 335 years(all P>0.05).Conclusion: FTR is an effective treatment with high pregnancy rate for infertile women suffering from fallopian tubal obstruction.Women aged <35 years were recommended with spontaneous pregnancy without technical assistance after FTR,and the primary infertility and the uneven-diffusion of contrast agent in pelvic cavity are the two independent risk factors. The pregnancy rate among women aged 335 years is relatively low that assistant reproductive technology is recommended after FTR.
