Research On Rehabilitation Service Of Community Health Service Center In Nanchang City

Objective:Through investigating the status quo of rehabilitation service capacity of community health service centers in Nanchang City,analyze the status quo and problems of rehabilitation service capacity of community health service centers in Nanchang,and provide reference for decision-making and policy-making in Nanchang community so as to promote the development of community rehabilitation in Nanchang.Methods:The questionares investigating the status quo and rehabilitation service capacity in Nanchang city are designed by rehabilitation professors invited nationally and broadly.Nanchang City Community Health Service Center was investigated by means of census method.Through the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign references,the survey results were based on the composition ratio,mean value,Spesrmen grade correlation analysis,QR(quartile spacing = P75-P25)and other statistical analysis method.Results:(1)Of the 41 community agencies surveyed,80.49%(33)community health service centers had rehabilitation centers;73.17%(30)community health service centers carried out rehabilitation clinics;only 14.63%(6)community health service centers had rehabilitation hospital services;only 39.02% community health service center established a two-way referral mechanism with the hospital(2)rehabilitation practitioners are totally 102 people,including 53 rehabilitation practitioners,20 rehabilitation therapist,29 rehabilitation nurses,most rehabilitation stuff are Chinese medicine,accounting for 54.72%;most community health service center rehabilitation staff get degree of undergraduate rehabilitation(42.16%)and college(39.22%),the title mainly includes the primary(46.08%)and intermediate(32.35%);51.52%(17)community health service center completed pre-job training.(3)rehabilitation equipment configuration,25% of community health service centers have less than 3 rehabilitation equipment,33 community health service centers have 12 QR of rehabilitation equipment;only 69.70% community health service center rehabilitation reached national standard in terms of area;(4)only six community health service centers provide rehabilitation hospital services,the results show that 25% community health service centers have no hospitalization,the QR of rehabilitation hospital population in 6 community health service centers rehabilitation is 337;The average hospitalization days in 25% community health service centers were less than 3.75,and the QR of average hospital days in 25% community health service centers were 22.5;the utilization rate of hospital beds in the community health service centers was 0,the QR of the utilization rate of hospital beds in 6 community health service centers was 53.The average hospitalization costs in 25% community health service center were less than 862.50,The QR of average hospitalization costs in 6 community health service center average hospital were 2390.(5)65.85% conductors of the community health service center hold that rehabilitation services provided by the community health service center can not meet the rehabilitation needs of patients;when provided rehabilitation services,the main problems faced by community health service are: the lack of rehabilitation professionals,the lack of rehabilitation funds,the backwardness of rehabilitation infrastructure,community rehabilitation costs are not fully included in the health insurance,lack of understanding of community rehabilitation,leaders pay little attention to it.Conclusion:The lacking of the devices in rehabilitation department in Nanchang Community Health Service Center in cities leads to the not sound rehabilitation service network;The lacking of human resources allocation leads to the ability of rehabilitation professionals is a little lower;Community rehabilitation hardware is low,so it can not meet the needs of patients for rehabilitation.Therefore,strengthen the government on community rehabilitation policy tilt and capital investment,build a complete community rehabilitation medical service system,strengthen the connotation of construction.
