Background:The non-tuberculous mycobacterial(NTM)lung disease is similar to tuberculosis(TB)in the aspect of clinical manifestations, and it is highly resistant to most first-line anti-tb drugs.Therefor, cilnical misdiagnosis and therapeutic error rate is higher. To understand the clinical and imaging features of non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease,is help to identify non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease early. For this to be the latest research progress at home and abroad were summarized form the aspects of clinical features and imaging characteristics in this paper,to provide effective reference for the diagnosis and treatment of non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease. Objective:Through the literature review of the clinical and imaging features of non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease,so as to identify it early in clinic.Methods:Using“non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease, clinical features, imaging”as key words, search to finding out the related research about the literature of the clinical and imaging features of non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease included in the Chinese knowledge network database-CNKI,Wanfang digital journals group,Chinese biomedical literature database-CBM database and Pubmed et al,to get a comprehensive evaluation.Result and conclusion:The major infected pathways of non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease can be inhaled aerosol containing bacteria.Patients with basic lung disease and a weakened immune system are more likely to happen non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease. There is an increasing trend in non-tuberculous mycobacteria infection. The non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease is more likely to happen than tuberculosis in terms of tuberculosis poisoning symptoms and haemoptysis symptom.Lesions often occurs on both sides of the lung and multiple lung and the upper, middle and ligule lobes is more likely to happen.Empty(eapecially the subpleural thin-wall hollow),bronchiectasis are most common and commingle sometimes in the imaging. However,The incidence of lymph node enlargement and pleural effusion in non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung diseaseis less than in tuberculosis.
