Objectives:It can provide the early prevention of diabetic osteoporosis clinical diagnosis and treatment plan through the analysis of bone mineral density and influence factors of the hospitalized microvascular complications in male patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:This study mainly selected the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University,Department of endocrinology of hospitalized male patients with type 2 diabetes over the age of 50,and 80 cases in August 2014 to August 2015.They were divided into group A(type 2 diabetic retinopathy),group B(type 2 diabetic kidney disease),group C(type 2 diabetes mellitus and peripheral neuropathy),group D(type 2 diabetes mellitus and retina, kidney and peripheral neuropathy),20 cases in each group.TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,UA,FBG,GHbA1 C,MAU and fasting insulin,C peptide were determined by automatic biochemical detector.BMD detector was the type of Hologic company's Discovery of America dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(dexa),It determined the lumbar spine(L2,L3 and L4).Results:Statistical results are as follows in this study : Group A compared with group B: the difference of MAU was statistically significant(p < 0.05);Group A compared with group C: course,PTH,the difference of lumbar BMD was statistically significant(p < 0.05);Group A compared with group D:MAU,course of the difference were statistically significant(p < 0.05);Group B compared with group C: FBG,P2 hG,fasting insulin,TG,UA,MAU were statistically significant(p < 0.05);Group B compared with group D: fasting insulin, course of the difference were statistically significant(p < 0.05);Group C compared with group D: FBG,MAU,course,UA,PTH,AKP difference were statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusions:Age,FBG,smoking,drinking,fasting C-peptide values were the influence factors of bone mineral density.Age,FBG,smoking, drinking and bone mineral density showed a negative correlation;Fasting C-peptide value and bone mineral density showed a positive correlated.
