Correlation Research And Analysis Of Affected Factors Between Helicobacter Pylori Infection An Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of Helicobacter pylori( Hp) of the physical examinationpeople in DaLi City, to investigate the correlation between Helicobacter pylori( Hp) infection and coronaryheart disease(CHD), and further to explore correlation between blood lipids, Homocysteine,High-sensitivity c-reactive protein, and Cystatin C in patients with coronaryheart disease, to explore correlation between the type of Helicobacter pylori( Hp) infection and coronaryheart disease(CHD), in order to provide theoretical basis for diagnosis and treatment of Helicobacter pylori.Methods: According to the results of coronary angiography(CAG), the research objects were 122 patients who diagnose with CHD, the patients were divided into HP infection group (n=82) and no-HP infection group(n=40), the patients are from 2016 January to 2016 December in Affiliated Hospital of Dali University. At the same time, the 837 cases of healthy check-up were selected, divided into HP infection group (n=278) and no-HP infection group (n=559).The total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL),hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and CysC was examined in all research objects' blood of the four groups. Datas are processed by using SPSS 17.0 statistics,measurement data represented for x ±s, t test for group check, count data represented for %, ?2 test for group check, p<0.05 were represented statistically significant different. Analyzing the related factors of CHD patients with HP infection by using multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Result: The rate of HP infection in 837 physical examination people was 33.21%,males were accounted for 35.06%, the females were accounted for 30.93% in DaLi City, there was 82 patients with HP infections in 122 CHD patients, the rate of HP infection in CHD patients was 67.21%.The level of Hcy?CysC?hs-CRP?TC?TG?LDL in CHD patients with HP infection group were higher than CHD patients with no-HP infection group, The level of HDL in CHD patients with HP infection group were lower than CHD patients with no-HP infection group. ? type HP infection in patients with CHD have higher level of HCY and hs-CRP than the ? type HP infection.Conclusion:There is correlations between the level of Hcy?CysC?hs-CRP?TC?TG?LDL and HDL in CHD patients with HP infection.Hp infections perhaps leaded to dyslipidemia, inflammation, high serum level of Hcy,to accelerate carotid plaque formation and plaque instability, to played an important role in artery atherosclerosis, increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease.
