| Objective:To compare the clinical effects of 3D laparoscopy with traditional laparoscopy in partial nephrectomy, and evaluate their practicability and safety. Methods:August 2013 to December 2016,42 patients underwent laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery in our hospital due to renal carcinoma, including 3D laparoscopic NSS in 22 patients, traditional laparoscopic NSS in 20 patients. All operations were completed by the same operators. The operation time, warm ischemia time, peroperative bleeding, opration cost and complications between two groups were compared. Results:The operation time and warm ischemia time in 3D group were significant less than those in traditional group(P<0.01 and P<0.05).The differences of the operation cost and peroprative bleeding between two groups were not statistical significance(P>0.05).One incision with delayed healing in 3D group and traditional group were found, which cured after conservative treatment;Follow-up ranged from 6to 48 months,no tumor recurred and metastasis developed. All resection margins were negative. Conclusions:Compared to the traditional laparoscopic surgery,3D laparoscopy in HD 3D vision has clear anatomic structure, easy separation, the precise suturing, the shorter operation time, the shorter renal warm ischemia time. There was no significant increase in the cost of hospitalization. Its economic advantages have broad application prospects. |
