Objective:To understand of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,HICH)general clinical characteristics, use of statistical methods for HICH patients age, gender, systolic blood pressure(SBP),blood sugar, admission to hospital admission of postoperative pulmonary infection situation, pupil size, preoperative GCS coma scale, amount of bleeding, midline shift, cerebral hemorrhage, operation time, bleeding from the broken into the ventricle, secondary bleeding occurred whether factors such as the post-operative prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. To improve the prognosis of patients with HICH related factors, can give clinical intervention.Using scientific and reasonable decision in order to improve the prognosis of patients with HICH.Methods:A total of 118 patients with HICH were enrolled in the Department of Neurosurgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College,2015.01-2016.10,and their preoperative imaging data, related clinical data and postoperative data were retrospectively analyzed.Including the age of the patient, the systolic blood pressure(SBP),whether the occurrence of pulmonary infection, pupil size, blood glucose level,GCS coma score, bleeding site, midline shift, cerebral hemorrhage, timing of surgery, whether secondary bleeding And so on thirteen factors.According to GOS to determine the recovery of patients after surgery in January, you can quantify the patient's short-term postoperative situation.Statistical analysis method: The single factor analysis method: the selected data using SPSS16.0 software, according to chi-square test(?~2 test)for analysis. Results:According to the GOS score to determine the 118 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after 1 month of recovery.Scores in the 3-5 range of patients classified as a good prognosis,a good prognosis of 71;score in the 1-2 range of patients classified as poor prognosis, poor prognosis of 47.1.The effect of GCS coma score on postoperative recovery in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(?~2 = 18.514,P = 0.000);2.The effect of preoperative blood glucose level on the prognosis of HICH patients(?~2 = 7.212,P = 0.007);3.The effect of intracranial hemorrhage on the prognosis of postoperative HICH patients(?~2=10.909,P=0.004);4.The effect of preoperative pupil changes on the prognosis of patients after surgery(?~2 = 10.872,P = 0.001);5.The effect of preoperative systolic pressure on the prognosis of HICH patients(?~2 = 8.397,P = 0.004);6.The impact of the shift of the midline on the prognosis of patients treated by surgery(?~2 = 4.604,P = 0.032);7.The prognosis of postoperative patients with hematoma after HICH(?~2 = 6.363,P = 0.012);8.HCIH patients after the occurrence of secondary bleeding on the prognosis of patients(?~2 = 6.894,P = 0.009);9.The prognosis of patients with HICH after pulmonary infection(?~2 = 10.273,P = 0.001);10.The effect of different timing of operation on the prognosis of patients after craniotomy(?~2 = 5.158,P = 0.076);11.The prognosis of patients with postoperative craniotomy(?~2 = 0.014,P = 0.905);12.The prognosis of patients with HCIH after craniotomy(?~2 = 4.303,P = 0.116);13.According to the image data HICH patients preoperative bleeding on postoperative prognosis(?~2 = 6.575,P = 0.037)Conclusion:HICH patients after craniotomy, the impact of its prognostic factors are diverse and complex, through the clinical data and data analysis, can draw a more reasonable conclusion.Among the various factors in the statistics:HICH patients admitted to the level of systolic blood pressure(SBP),whether the occurrence of pulmonary infection, pupil size,GCS coma score, hematoma position, the median line with or without displacement, cerebral hemorrhage, postoperative bleeding, bleeding Ventricle, blood sugar levels and other factors were statistically significant.HICH patients age,sex and surgical timing of the choice, the analysis shows that the prognosis is not a decisive factor. In the clinical can be able to improve the prognosis of HICH patients related factors, given appropriate treatment may benefit HICH patients.Scientific and rational decision-making can improve the prognosis of HICH patients, reduce their mortality and morbidity, improve survival and quality of life will be of great help.
